What do you think is the most expensive home to sell in the past 30 years? Let me know below!
@ComeBackKid402 thats a great guess and your not to far off!
@ComeBackKid402 that will hopefully be a video this spring pending permission!
Walter Scott's place?
Homes around omaha only? Or whole us us? The 100 mil 3 lot mansion with a redwood Grove in LA is probably the most expensive home sold in the last 30 years. Id hate to know what someone has to do to afford a house like that
@@chriscanterbury8647 yes just in omaha
Love living here in the O, all types of people, food, activities, wealth etc. Crazy how even ppl from Omaha dk abt these neighborhoods!
I live in Omaha and I like it. It was a great place to raise my kids. I bought my first house back in 2002. I was 22 years old and worked in a manufacturing plant. I'm not rich but I'm not poor. Omaha has always had a very low unemployment rate. If you want to work there are plenty of decent jobs. Decent jobs that will by you a decent house. Maybe not these houses, but a decent house.
I have a 1 bedroom apt. I'm happy. Less stress
There’s a lot to be said for Omaha NE. Most people outside Nebraska have only ever seen the I80 corridor. Omaha is not the boring image full of corn fields and beef cattle some people assume all of Nebraska is. Thats all mostly west of Lincoln. Omaha’s got a lot going on. Some definite negatives though. Property taxes and weather being foremost. Almost Florida like heat in the summer and many times it’s colder than Alaska in winter.
One of my best friends lives in Linden Estates and her house is be-u-ti-ful! what about Regency? An oldie but goodie.
The pink house in the Linden estates is one of my favorites😍
Property taxes are way too expensive here in Omaha, I’m totally disappointed
We have such a high tax base its disgusting.
@Chill Will Except it very much is not. Omaha has some extremely conservative leadership.
@@fattmann Conservative leadership, extremely high property tax, and all the potholes you could possibly want...go figure.
@@jasonjohnson1006 That's Republican politicians for ya
Can't anyone figure out the reason for hi R.E. Property taxes? MG it's expensive paying Tire Co's, Alignment Co's, Concrete Co's, Saw Horse and Lantern Co's all that money to keep Omaha a disgusting, painful mess.
Nowhere in the U.S. are streets as rough as in Omaha! Even Omaha's patch and repair work bottoms out your car!. All Dem & GOP are at fault, too many years of passing the buck!!! Can you imagine being a 1st Responder? Very dangerous.
when i'
m older want to be an architect so i can build house like this. its always been my dream
You don't have to be an architect! You just need a Class B Contractors License!
love love love this video!! Do more like these!
Would you be able to do a home tour of the older neighborhoods of Omaha? The houses that have been here for a long time, but still hold their real estate value when on the market? Would also like to see inside some of these homes :)
Great Idea. Turn of the Century Home Tours
@@Tyler_Bundy Dundee comes to mind
Field Club
Love the channel and this video!Keep it up man!
Thank you!
I've lived in Omaha my whole life I never knew there were homes out there like that
Same

@@xandria112 omg..!!
beautiful shots. best video yet!
I worked "off duty" at Newport Landing. It IS pretty spectacular. When this channel tells your travel times, they are talking about going to downtown Omaha, including some driving on older surface streets, in fairly heavy traffic. For example: The Sanctuary-35 minutes, is actually about tem minutes (max) to the most popular shoping center in the area. So, though it may seem isolated, it's actually on the edge of everything you need.
Since I’ve moved to omaha I’ve realized that it’s not that bad, I like to relax unless I travel and I feel like I get that living here
Awesome video, Tyler.
I have visited all of the neighborhoods. they are just nice, especially Sanctuary!
--
Have you thought of Cheyenne across from Tiburon Golf course? It’s awesome very, very nice.
You showed
My house love it!💕
What do you do for a living?!
Super cool
AMAZING HOMES :) MARY
Good sir! You've missed Regency and Big Sandy Lakes estates!! I promise that they have some INCREDIBLE houses within them! I've been through those for my job and all we do while driving around is gawk at the incredible amount of luxury houses that are within!
I drive around here for fun and you definitely hit the major ones. Regency has some nice ones too, so does Dundee. Plenty of others but not necessarily in a neighborhood. Some amazing homes near Elkhorn under a million.
I saw the neighborhood I always go fishing with my dad at. Every time we go, I see that neighborhood
I miss omaha ... lived there for 2 years at the capitol court, the lynden house and the greenhouse apartment
Holy cow! I lived in Omaha all my life until 20 years ago and my goodness has it grown! I remember when Regency was the most expensive neighborhood! My question is though is what do these people do for work? I mean you can only have so many Dr.'s and lawyers! Thanks for the memories Tyler! Wish I had my house back... 😢
Well most people that live In the huge houses u see today those people run business and companies that's really their money.
Real estate brokers
I lived there and move to a new million dollar home😢😢😢😢😢 I miss it
Looks like a nice place, and sweet video!
Thanks! I checked out your channel as well! Keep it up!
@@Tyler_Bundy thanks man
Damn! dreams can become true... one day maybe
Pick better dreams.
They are trying get millionaires here, that's why they build these, dude keeps talking about what's for sale. They have not been around long.
@@randijohnson8550 What??? Warren Buffett, The Scotts, Peter Kiewit... Oh...the rich know about Omaha. Get it to gether man.
@@randijohnson8550, So I just checked your account... Troll. Bot?
Hey I live in the first one and legit saw my house 😅
@ComeBackKid402 What??? How you not know about the dees houses man. You sleep?
Must be rough
I mowed fir the house at 4:20 owner is an awesome guy
remember doing a couple houses in linden estates
cool channel man, I'm a local myself!
Very cool! how long you lived here?
@@Tyler_Bundy Was born here back in 95, moved to Alaska from the years 99-05 and now im back! I own a house in the Keystone area
Gotcha... pretty much Elkhorn.
Live here and didn't know about the first 2. I knew Linden would make it. Barrington Park isn't a trailer park ...
Are there any nice comparative styled homes in 68142?
Where is Newport Landing located?? It looks unbelievable wonderful!!!
It in the Bennington school district!
What about hawian village ? Lived there for 9 years. Lotsa $$ in Omaha n I guess that west dodge is a new freeway by now. Made it for a while but couldn’t wait to get out as like they say I didn’t have the millions but lotsa fortunate others did.
If I recall the house was owned by Willy Thiesen and located in the Regency area.
The most expensive one... Nope! I Hope to be able to do that video this summer!
These houses would cost you over 10 million in california.
When will you cover Quail Run?
How did you get those shots, Tyler? Great job!
I have a drone for the aerial shots.
@@Tyler_Bundy Nice!
Life quality is much better in Nebraska Lincoln Omaha compared to many states good schools and neighborhoods
Can you a video on modern homes in Omaha?
If you know anyone that will let me in some modern homes i would love too! Getting people to agree to let someone get footage of their home is tough
A house in the Sanctuary has an insane car collection
Well, he owns woodhouse so….
I don’t understand such high property taxes in such a rural area with such a tiny city. I’m not knocking Omaha anything, but it’s not like there’s much going on. Some people love that and that’s great, but usually high property taxes are because you are on water or near a metro area that has a lot going on.
High property taxes yet Nebraska has well over 1 billion in the bank........with a population of less than 2 million. That's 1 billion in the black, not red. Nebraska is the tax me state, one of the few that still has inheritance tax. Tax, tax, tax, tax.
Do you want on South Carolina and Florida please
1. The Sanctuary
2. Newport Landing
3. Linden Estates
Those are the big 3 there are others I plan on filming
Westshores, Bluewater, Preserve
Absolutely gorgeous! But why would ANYONE be willing to dump that much into this real estate and then have to ENDURE Nebraska's yearly sub-zero winters?
The average high in the winter is 40 degrees
@@ehenningsen lol.... You havent experienced many winters in Nebraska, eh? I have been in Nebraska since 1969, with February typically being the coldest month of the year. Sub-Zero temperatures, with and/or without wind chill, are the norm.
So I will politely disagree, as the average high in January and February in Nebraska is not 40°.
Clearly these kinds of people can change the weather when they want (AKA get on a plane and go where it's warm)
@@ImreallylikethatIRL lol.... Agreed. Good point. Thank you for the reminder..
lol
Nebraskan winters aren’t bad at all they’re pretty pleasant
I'm from Minnesota but considering investing in Omaha. I wonder if these are gated communities or you can drive by these homes?
These can be driven by.
I live in nebraska
Willy Theisen’s old pad?
Right on the Elkhorn River....what could possibly go wrong? And right out where the tornados hit town? No thanks! Hey what about all the swank in Midtown? And Regency? Lot's of these homes here and instead of 35 minutes to downtown you are only 15. West O eats.
I imagine a couple of those homes are owned by the predatory attorneys/judge and bankers that destroyed my family and stole my dear mother’s retirement. My mother suffers from dementia and shortly after my fathers death the elderly financial abuse started. Enjoy your time here on earth.
Odd seeing these huge properties not have some type of fencing. It’s like they share a huge ass yard.
Me living in Omaha ne got recommended to this 😂
Can you do tours to some modern houses?
That is my Goal. Working with some 3rd parties for this. There will for sure be some in the future so make sure you subscribe!!!
I know damn well you ain’t buying one
@@lllllllllllllllII lmaoo alright
Im looking for a modern House are there a neighborhood in omaha you recommended
It all depends on your budget on what your willing to spend. Feel free to email me and i can give you more specific direction
Can't wait to see the river flood. LMAO
Haha!
I am cracking up!
That was my exact first thought 🥴
Thw Missouri has many times. Destorys down town. These areas are 10+ miles uphill And dont do much at all
I littery live in bennington
Lmao 😂 I live in linden estates!
Really??? Thats awesome. im over in that are all the time!
Are you sure this is Omaha,Ne???? I thought all of Neb was corn farmers , ha! Ha!! You'd better not tell the Californians about these neighborhoods! Ha! Thanks for the video--
I got $50 mill in GTA money, can that go towards any of these houses?
You bet!
You missed regency
What kind of career or job do you need to have to own any house like that!? I’m dying to know!
You and me both
Own your own business, be a medical doctor, be a lawyer, be a stockbroker. There’s so many jobs that can make you enough money to own a home like these.
I bet one of those houses belong to Terrance Crawford
I'd like to see Warren Buffett's house
His house is nice but not what you'd expect from one of the richest men in the world. It's down by UNO. If you google it you can see images.
@@robr7200 I see what you mean. A friend of mine helped lay the bricks in the front of the house and they had to cut them all in a cone shape
What a bout Regency?
Meanwhile all the good jobs are in west omaha and if you dont already live there you're screwed. Everyone outside the rich areas know that all the money is purposefully invested in the rich areas and kept away from everyone else, hell as a veteran this city is disgusting
What do these people do for a living?
What do these million dollar home owners do for a living?
I'm assuming financing, medical or technological careers
Regency?
Unfortunately much of Regency has lost its pizazz.
I’m poor my house is small
Well compared to those homes... I live in a cardboard box! lol
Keep em coming, I'm telling all my friends from the hood, so they know where to go when the purge starts, cause we will never be that rich. Also were we can stay when the covid-19 turns you all into zombies. Lol
Lmao north o
Iron horse?
Yes, maybe ill do a video on surrounding towns
What companies do these people work for where they make enough money to afford this type of home in Omaha Nebraska??? I tell you I have no idea....obviously.
Business owners and CEO'S
A little known fact about Omaha we are the home of many fortune 500 companies. When Warren Buffett and Bill Gates can go out walk around Dundee sit on a park bench and not get harassed that is one of the many reasons Omaha is a great place to live.
Omaha actually has more multi millionaires per capita than any other city (including LA and NYC)
There are allot of smart investors here in Omaha. Warren Buffett's example has opened up eyes for many years .
Or couples with dual income making well into the six figures, each
I still don't understand why people build pools in Nebraska.
So they can use them 3 months out of the year! 😉
@@Tyler_Bundy Maybe two months out of the year. It just seems like a large expense for such little usage. The costs to maintain the pool is a deterrent. I would never buy a house with a pool in Nebraska, go find some lake front property instead.
You can easily get 5-6 months of consistent use. April-Sep!
@@barringtonmorris90 maybe if it is heated.
Willie thiesans
Taxes are too high.
Can argue that point!
Nebraska "The Tax Me State"
Oh GOD! How these people earn so much money while major population struggle to earn for basic living? Is it pure blessing? Because definitely hardwork and motivation are not sufficient, many ppl have it but can never reach the elite population.
Good point!
Oh! Another victim! You don’t know what half of these people do to earn their money.
Judging without knowing them personally! You are not better than them.
@@wildatheart8894 nite nite. Take a nap.
I am the extreme poor, and never had a chance. I live in north east Omaha by all the perverts and pedophiles.
@@randijohnson8550 Is that sarcasm? Because they are all over Omaha. There is no area without them.
Settling up an investment that would benefit you is something one would be aiming towards. But after my encounter with AUSTIN my prospective of online trade changes and I I’m now a millionaire from bitcoin

Sorry your experience here was not a good one
Who wants to live in a Mc Mansion in the middle of nowhere? 😅🤭
facts
9000 ft.² is in a McMansion, it’s a mansion. Some people like to live in the middle of nowhere.
Whatever!!
You would have to pay me a million to live in Nebraska
Quit calling everyone guys. Some of you buyers could very well be women. Thanks.
The houses are still boring. We are the pinnacle of a rectangular cookie cutter. And colors that put you to sleep. Or institutionalize your mind. Bla and Boring Nebraska. Bloring baby. Just Bloring.
This is gross
