ohh, i feel you. I couldn't play crk without it crashing my old phone every second, sometimes it would get so bad my phone couldn't even turn off for maybe a minute or two. But i would recommend turning all of your cookies off, except for those who produce something, like sugar cubes, jam etc. You can also keep some of your most favorite cookies if you want, and i also recommend switching to the lowest quality. I'm not sure if it would stop the crashing completely, but for me it actually helped with getting less lags and crashes. :)
What’s quite interesting is that I have been playing CRK on my mobile phone for more than 3 years now, and it has crashed less than 5 times (although there are still problems with lagging and overheating lol). Even when I play with my laptop, the number of crashes is less than 5 times.😬 So I really don’t know what happened to your CRK, but what is certain is that these problems have been bothering you for a long time.😲 This makes me feel sad.😢 CRK really needs to be strengthened in terms of optimization!😤

My friend D as the same problem. She plays on her tablet. In her case, the problem is that tablets are the worst to play video games, it's better a phone. The game itself isn't very heavy (other games for mobile are heavier), it's just the data instalation that tablets don't support. If you play on your phone or other, tell here, maybe I can help. It can also be if you have too many apps.

This literally happens to me No matter What I do I literally do everything for it not to lag (like lower down resolution) and my phone is BUILT to play games-
It's exactly the same as you,I even know my game crashes in a certain place in the kingdom.Every 1 -> 2 minutes it will automatically crash,touch or not touch,everything is very laggy,I even adjusted it in in my settings.For example:The Events section, click n' crash,the Cookies section, click n' crash,especially the arena section, 100% I will crash the game, that seems to bore me n' will probably have to do this for the rest of my life,,
I don't have iphone/ipad but my friends with iphones keep crashing too, this also happen with CR:ToA, my friends says it is normal, off topic, but wanna play hsr with me (asia serv)
There were a few times it crashed on Samsung Galaxy A30 though it was rare and I kept playing until I got Samsung Galaxy A54. It doesn't crash but it keeps getting hot in a few minutes. I tried to change the settings but it was still the same. I dunno why it happens even though I didn't experience it on A30. Devs needs to optimise the game as it has been 3 years. I can play other games with no problem but this one.

Timed it and it was 24 seconds. So... anyone got enough money for a ticket to Korea..?

If my phone can run Star Rail, and simply just lag instead of crashing, then there really is no excuse. CRK is just a very poorly optimized game right now.
That crash happen to me since BTS update and of course i messaged to tecnical support and they didn't answered me and then i cannot play it anymore. But instead of Optimize the game they decided to add more stuff no mather what and celebrate the pride month 7-7.

This happens to me every time i try to battle in any mode
I transferred my CRK to my computer and I never crashed out of the game now
tip: go in dashboard and then kick as many cookies u want (it has to be alot tho) then it wont crash as much

I've had this for a year now on my phone. I switched to pc because it was very annoying.
I actually switched to playing on my computer with Google play beta because it kept crashing on my iPad 😭 I have like 2 apps I use for fun on here

You can optimize the game in the settings menu and you can disable some of your cookies to have less lag.
These are temporary solutions, the permanent solution is to optimise the game.
