Please read the clause 5 of APMC act which clear the ways for the monopoly of private entities in agriculture

i know its hard to manage a country and even with such diversity. .but our new government(MODI JI's) have changed many laws for betterment of our country..there were times when a little drawback was there..but alover we got positive and accountable results from this 2022 government of ours..There was the breaking of 370 which was good if we people think it through acc.to development...like this i think..from a student point of view WHY INEQUALITY IS THERE??

I would like to mention here - why there is no discussion over specific section or clauses:-
A) farmers are not lawyers how do you expect them to have personal barristers to explain them impact of specific section / clause
B) Let us say they even discuss and get some sections amended / repealed ; WHO GUARANTEES that the same sections will not be re in-forced when the protests are over !!
But their leaders and opposition have lawyers
anyone can hire a lawyer, farmers formed an association, if they can spend money to protest, they can spend money to hire a lawyer, it's not an impossible task.

@@nainaluthra5564 the "farmers" who are protesting are not farming right now, so why not use this time, it doesn't have to be all the farmers, they formed an association, the head of the association can go to court, it's not an impossible scenario. and this was a solution to your first question.
as for the second one, we are talking about laws here, not your college thesis which can be changed when ever you want.
from what I see the farmers don't want a resolution, the government is firm that they will not repeal the law completely, but are willing to amend it, they can talk and make amendments that would solve the problems which the farmer are pointing out, but farmers just want a repeal, which is not going to happen as this law has potential benefit farmers from all over the country.
