Opposition matters , but Opposition can become ruling party if they have unity among all and have shadow cabinet and appreciate good work and criticize or suggest areas to improve of the Ruling party. Only experienced & knowlegeable MPs should debate in parliament and particularly Rahul gandhi who has not taken any responsibility from 2004 to 2013 & does not have experience should only listen and should not debate on every issue. Congress which was in power for more than 60 years should have put proper systems to allow the various institutions to work independently. BJP is taking advantage of the improper systems & misusing cbi & ed. Now both ruling & opposition must debate & implement proper systems to disallow misuse of institutions. Moreover criteria to be fixed for candidates to contest the election. Atleast clean candidate who can work exclusively for their job only to be allowed. There are 43% criminals now in parliament which is very high & bad. Regarding electrol bond, we can follow the germany method of collecting all electrol bonds by government and to be shared as per the voting share that the political parties got in the previous election.
