For me both offer plenty, with ps I got all the good exclusives saved to my console and was able to trade in my physical copies of them and use the credit towards pre orders for all the big releases the next few months. Gamepass I'm eager for the day one releases this year, again for me its the best of both worlds.
TLDR: They both have a good variety of quality games. I think the main attraction to Game Pass Ultimate besides day 1 stuff is how cheap you can get it through third parties. PS Plus Extra though is massively underrated and looked over.

@@donovanmccallum3934 CDKeys is what I mainly use, the non stackable option, use to be like 5 quid for a month, now it's about 7 or so I think. After you buy it, turn off auto renew, and then you just have to keep repeating when you need
I have Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, PS+ Extra and Nintendo Switch Online to where I can play NES and SNES games. All three services are good and I would get the Nintendo expansion pack but it cost too much, but I can tell you that I like Gamepass Ultimate better than both. Sony has been doing pretty good with their 3 subscription services, but they will never be able to get on Microsoft’s level unless they step their game up some more (no pun intended lol).
Yes gamepass is way better, they always got the new games and they usually include dlc too, besides Spider-Man and god of war ps plus offers nothing but jrpgs or the same indie games that are also on game pass
Not had a xbox since 360. Always had playstation since ps1. But game pass sold it for me. My last console was ps4 but I'm xbox next

I have both XSX and PS5. Got Gamepass with 40 $/year from eneba (Some guys have the patience to do the 1$ trick every month), has been saving money not buying several games. Also with PS5, don't miss any of their games.

to be fair, in some countries like Canada the value is a lot lower for earning of them. That aside, ya you can get some really great perks such as gift cards and what not just by using the service which is tops!

As a PC gamer, ps plus is the only service i would subscribe because of the exclusive games. Hands down, sony has the best games. (At least for my taste)

I'm an Xbox guy but there's 3 games I've been dying to play on Playstation for awhile now. The games are.... Ghosts of Tsushima, God of War, and Spider-Man. I plan on possibly buying the GoW PS5 if i do get a system... Are the other 2 games available thru PlayStation Plus???

I've noticed both have a lot of the same games. One game will be on Xbox for a few months then get deleted and wind up on playstation for a few months and vice versa
That being said which one is better? Depends on the month. I ran through everything I want to play on game pass, so I'm doing ps plus right now. In a few months when I run out of ps games I want to play then I'll hop back on game pass.

I bought a ps5 because I wanted a current console and I liked HD Rumble and wanted to try the DualSense. Also Microsoft locked me out of all the old accounts I had because I forgot the password and I didn’t want to make a new email address at the time.
I love my PS5, but I didn’t realize that Microsoft had bought every single game company I like! I’m pissed now because of all the stuff I’ll miss

I mean you can get game pass for free by just spamming some serches on bing every day and playing a multiplayer game for a few mins each day. that already makes it the better service before we even go into the priceing of ps plus being doubble and the fact that game pass offen gets day 1 releases and they arnt cheep eather.

God of war is fantastic the other 2 I wouldn't get too carried away. Spiderman 2 is getting a bit woke for my liking. If you play it you'll see what I mean.

It would be nice if game pass could get OG Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbone on the PC. I would love to play Fight Night champions, Perfect Dark, Conquer natively on PC. Sucks you still have to buy an XBOX for those games. Not just gamepass.
Alot of it comes down to game rights. Like I would kill to play NFL 2k5 on my series x, but EA has the rights to NFL games.

The difference is games with gold you get to keep forever even if you stop having xbl gold. With psn plus if you stop your subscription you cant play them till you resubscribe.

@@Skycaptin5 I downloaded autonauts yesterday. What system was that made for? Switch, Xbox one and xbox series consoles. I couldnt care less about more 360 games if im getting newer titles on newer systems. Also you get to keep those games forever compared to having to pay to access them after the subscription ends.

@@buttermilk5364 no they dont. Psplus games stay subscription based. They even remove some games periodically just like gamepass. If you unsub from psplus, psplus titles you downloaded get a padlock on them and cant be played till you resub.
