I don’t have unbind option in my app and in system as well
I forget my NVR password. How can I set new password.
My hikvision show diffrent menu I can’t get rid of old gmail aac from previous user as they upgraded there system and I get old now I stuck with gmail problem from there side

Hello Sir. Please I tried to unbind my NVR and below is the error message.
1. GUI interface ....`` Unbind timeout.
2. SADP `` Only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from its account``
Please kindly help to unbind

You need to contact your regional support, provide a photo of the device's serial number and possibly a selfie with the device, and they will unbind it for you.
how if the system said unlinked timeout..

There is no unbind option in my dvr 😞
