It's been such a brutal time for so long I so many ways and almost 3 years of torture by neighbors above causing extreme sleep deprivation, causing hell nightmare life and not been abl to stop it for more than a couple days or a couple weeks, and it's wrecked me in too many ways to list. I am just getting to sleep more and more since this past week with some kind of divine intervention, I'm sure. I pray that finally this hell is over. I appreciate the encouragement and what you said about being kind to yourself 👍👍 I need that so bad! I have been so exhausted beyond explanation and pain off the charts and wished not to be alive to end the suffering. So I understand what you are talking about, just not being able to push thru all that to do our tarot. I push and push so hard and then just can't.
