Its really funny how everyone criticizes VAR when it goes against them and for it when they it goes their way, the hypocrisy is ridiculous. As a long time football fan I say it must be implemented, there will be mistakes by the refs but a lot less than before it existed.

That's not the problem man. In the FA Cup, VAR is only on Premier League grounds. I can understand that league 2 sides can't get VAR, but it's the quarterfinal of one of the biggest cup competitions...

If you say city was lucky win this match, how about Swansea? This team was lucky also that goal keeper save many ball that supposed to be a goal + defender closed the goal post.

All my credit to Swansea , they played like Barcelona, the players are so powerful, so quick and NO fear at all, with those quality they have definitely Swansea deserve to play not just in Premier League but they even deserve to play in Champions League.
the first goal was a clear dive by Swansea VAR would have reversed it -- 2nd goal by Swansea beautiful -- 2nd city goal VAR would have reversed no goal - Aguero goal offsides
so score should have been 1-1 extra time - shame VAR wasn't deployed

This game was stolen from Swansea. First that penalty that resulted in Manchester City’s goal. Then that offside header by Aguedo that resulted in the winning goal. Where is the VAR? Maybe it’s unavailable but still incredibly disappointing. Swansea deserved so much more!

we all know referees are human and they make mistakes. I'm always fine with decisions going against my team (LFC) coz u win some and u lose some, they mostly cancel out over the course of a season. I just wish City don't keep getting decisions their way all the time, especially in the final run in.

So, Swansea City complain of no VAR, but they themselves voted for no VAR. I don't know what to think about that. Although, the F.A. should've at least implemented VAR in all stadiums for the F.A Cup.

No ones blaming Manchester City, the officials are to blame for being inadequate. Whichever way you look at it Swansea were hard done by and would of walked away victorious if it wasn’t for 2 very poor and very important decisions, it just seems that the bigger clubs have an advantage against smaller teams and it’s all down to the officiating, this game just been an example, I can reference many games over the last few years
