She has prepared questions. The thing about SA journalism is that it is rehearsed. This was a very informative interview, hope this info doesn't fall into the ears of potential criminals.
It's the nature of the business. I think she was great. Remember this is not a podcast there time limitations.
I still believe someone in AKAs entourage betrayed him, the hitmen followed him from the airport and the only person who could've shared his landing time is someone from his entourage. Also the fact they decided to shoot him outside the restaurant instead of in the car as planned shows that they didn't want to accidentally kill the guy in AKAs entourage who was working with them.
Remember he was posting and announcing his every move,he posted the Durban gig,also posted when he was at the AirPort taking off.I believe these people were checking his stories

I do believe the investigator did his/her homework by tracing the communications of AKA's entourage. It would've been found already if someone was communicating with the killers via cellphone.

The mastermind is too powerful for the cops. U can bring all those investigation theories but we know cops always have itchy hands in such cases. It'll be like Senzo's case.

Interrogate him on what grounds? If they do and there's not enough evidence to link him with the case that guy will roast them they'll be sued
Leave detectives and police to do their Job. What if they interrogate him with no evidence linking him to the crime, only based on your personal whim. He can sue the state for millions. And that would be stupid and miscalculated move for th4 state.

Hey guys! How about offering a reduction in sentence to the guys that you have caught if they tell the truth. It's called "making a deal". If they don't talk.....LIFE in prison (they show no remorse). Real actual LIFE in prison...not Africa time life in prison. If they sing they become eligible for release in 20 years. Let us also remember Neli's death was declared suicide. No criminal case was opened & the public at large does not know happened in that hotel in Cape Town. The hotel itself never released its own internal report.

Paul has given us an unsolicited lecture on investigation techniques but he did not focus on the AKA murder and investigation itself.That was what the interview was about.Anyway it's good to have guys like him around for whatever they are worth in South Africa today.
Both AKA and Senzo Meyiwa cases are straight forward resolvable. The presence of Bheki Cele and all his shenanigans in both these cases is undergoing our constitution. Insulting Public Intelligence. As long as the minister of Police is directly involved in running after and catching suspects. That opens the minister up for dealing with criminals behind scene where the General Public is denied access. The duty of South African Police Minister is to align policy in the department to the constitution of the Republic. Simply put Bheki Cele duty is to bring an end of apartheid tendencies in the police service. Something which he has failed dismally because he thinks he is a police man so that he will continue with these shenanigans he is busy with. Giving public wrong information. Protecting the mastermind from prosecution. Purging the right law enforcement agents. These cases are not complecated at all. Remove Bheki Cele from these cases , problem will be solved. Why is the minister of Justice not attending AKA case and Bheki Cele is attending. Is it because Bheki Cele is a super mega minister. NO is not , he wants to drive a particular narrative. He won't be found,when the police declare an amount of R800 000 that was deposited,they are actually alerting the real masterminds to make their chess moves and delete any evidence that might link them.

My theory: YUGO is a club that was not open for a while, then all of a sudden it reopens and books the number 1 rapper in the country (he does not come cheap by the way) - this allowed them to control when he lands and to know where he will be all the time. 1 person in that crew was part of this and it will come out who it is, my guess is the guy who "stretched his arm yawning". They were suppossed to hit him before he got to the restaurant and make it look like a hijacking but for some reason it did not happen, the hitters got tired of waiting and did what we see now, this is what got them caught. R800k is a lot of money and obviously someone with deep deep pockets who thought this was worth it paid...let us all take a guess who.
