The much awaited Zanskar ride took off on 16th September 2023 at 5:30 am from Mukarba Chowk , Delhi. After a mishap with one of our riders last year, this ride had to be postponed . The jinx continued this year too when our chief had to withdraw from the ride at the last moment due to health issues and it seemed that this ride wouldn't've take place. But somehow the core members decided to make the ride possible despite many issues.

Padum has some good hotels but food and alcohol is a major issue there. The views from the Royal palace, Gompa monastery , Stongdae monastery and Sheela waterfall are breathtaking. We sat there for hours looking at the beautiful bird’s eye view of the valleys. The roads are fantastic, we tested our speeds to the max with no risk of a bump, speed breakers or even traffic. We also encountered a cloud storm which was one of a kind life time experience.
