If Frank is suffering from alcoholism and he's blaming his alcoholism on somebody else other than himself and he needs to check himself because we have to take responsibility for your own actions.
Frank is not the victim here. He have a drinking problem that aggravated his Crohn’s disease causing delay of filming and the crew even resorted to bringing an RV due to his diarrhea during filming. He brought it to himself.
