  • On Friday, February 14th, 2020: #Jetman Vince Reffet took off, headed south towards Jumeirah Beach Residence, building speed and height. In 8 seconds he had reached 100 meters height, in 12 seconds 200m, 19 seconds 500m, and reached 1000m in 30 seconds at an average speed of 130 knots. At the end of a 3-minute flight punctuated by a roll and a loop at 1800m altitude, Jetman Vince Reffet opened his parachute at 1500m before landing back at Skydive Dubai.
It is the first time that a #JetmanDubai pilot could combine hovering safely at a limited altitude and flying aerobatics at high altitude in the same flight.
Controlled from the ground by the human body, the equipment enables Jetman Dubai to reach speeds of 400kmh, as well as hovering, changing direction and performing loops.
Held under the theme ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’, Expo 2020 will be the first World Expo ever hosted in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, region since the first edition in London in 1851. UAE prepares to welcome 192 nations and millions of global visitors for Expo 2020 Dubai from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021.

These wings are only controlled with subtle body movements the same way traditional wingsuits are. You can read the detailed report on the Jetman website or just do some research on who Vince is and the history of this project. dusshan1 I don’t think it would be possible for highly intelligent individual like me to get bored.
There is an infinite amount of knowledge to learn and discover still for humanity.
Take me for example 20 years ago I didn’t know how to read or write, I was basically an ignorant guy kid.
But in the year 2000 I decided to change that, so I spent $1,200 on a computer.
I used it to learn how to read and write, once I learned how to read I started studying mathematics, physics, history, philosophy, and computer science and much much more subjects.
I now know more in some subjects, than the great majority of so-called professors from the best universities like Stanford or MIT.
For many years I studied for 6 to 8 hours per day, and I am also an artist I can draw just as good as Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni or Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino.
And I can tell you I truly understand the words of Isaac Newton whe he said “” I do not know what I may appear to the world; but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.””
So I am sure It would be absolutely impossible for me to get bored.
Hopefully gerontologist may have some success soon so we can keep on enjoy playing like Newton.

Look at images of what people imagined today to be like. Yes they had no way of knowing how today would be like, but a common theme is everyone and everything flying.
It's taken us longer than we would have wished to get here, but now Humans can fly with personal propulsion units.
