Joe Robinson has been around on the national bodybuilding scene but he is stepping up his intensity to get him to that next level. Joe has followed the Branch and Johnnie route and linked up with Destination trainer Kyle Cavnar to make sure the intensity is up and stays up.

These guys are just moving weight from point A, to point B.
They've never been any different.

I used to think they not workout with proper form,, but watching them for 3-4 years i realised its okay to workout like this.
The have no form😁they just moving weight it always cracks me up
@@damienknox0714 they used their whole body to move that weight,, ultimately their whole body gets some kind of stimulation to grow,, i have heared this from a coach who was watching them training.

I guess it obviously works for these guys bc they are huge but by watching them do herky jerky half reps and convulse while struggling with weights that are way too heavy to get any sort of contraction I would be lee to believe that is not a healthy way to lift weights!
