@Mergim....When asking about price of an item in Cebuano language, you can only say the phrase 'Tagpila na (glottal stop at the vowel of 'na')?' if the item is far from you or not touching the item. If you're asking about the price of an item but it's close to you and touching it you say 'Tagpila ni?' Because 'na' is a shortened form for Cebuano 'kana' (glottal stop at the last vowel) which means 'that' in English. On the other hand, 'ni' is shortened form for Cebuano 'kini' (no glottal stop) which means 'this' in English.

Hi Mergim , I enjoyed your videos . And watching it , it feels like I am home as I lived in Uk. Please visit in northern part of Cebu as it has many things to offer like beautiful beaches. And try to visit capitancillo a small islet in Bogo City where my hometown is. Me and my husband enjoyed your videos so much.
Hi, Mergim. I am glad you are enjoying Cebu City. There is more to Cebu specially in its cuisine. Try sampling Cebu's homegrown restos like Dimsum Break in almost all Cebu Malls (steamed fried rice, etc)., Casa Verde in Ayala/Parkmall (baby back ribs, etc.), Sunburst in Ayala/SM Cebu/ Robinsons Galleria (yummy fried chicken!), Oh Georg/Cafe Georg (healthy salads) in Ayala, Chika-an, Handuraw (superb pizza with Cebuano flavors), 10 Dove Street (soups, salads, cakes), Tamp (pastas and pastries), Golden Cowrie (Filipino cuisine), Circa 1900 (Filipino cuisine), Abuhan (pochero, Filipino cuisine).... the list is quite long but those are on the top of my list. Do take care and enjoy your Cebuano adventures.
The whole stretch of Colon Street which is the oldest street and shortest national road of the Philippines used to be dotted with movie houses, department stores and restaurants. The Colonnade is used to be a cinema then converted into a downtown mall. It's no where near the standards of SM, Ayala and Robinsons. Cebu's homegrown mall is Gaisano and there are 3 Gaisano stores still operating along Colon Street. You went to right place with rich Cebuano history and the local lifestyles. You seem to have fun interacting with the locals learning the Cebuano language and it will be to your advantage. Have you explored Magallanes Street? Its parallel to Colon Street and both were named after Christopher Columbus and Ferdinand Magellan, respectively.
since you're in the downtown area of cebu city, you should visit basilica minore del sto. niño de cebu and magellan's cross which is in front of the city hall
You are learning Cebuano language. There are a lot of dialects that are Bisaya like Waray. Some Bisaya dialects can be quite different from each other.
Cebu has lots of beach and mountain resorts that are very affordable. Not many vloggers have covered such stuff as they are all about canyoneering, sardines run and eating lechon. Do remember that Cebu has nice beaches too.
Before the big mall chains like SM and Ayala came to Cebu, the go-to place in Cebu City is Colon Street which is also called the downtown area. The uptown area, on the other hand, is the area around Fuente Osmeña circle.
Go to Magellan cross , fort San Pedro and basilica de sto. Nino. Those are the popular historical attractions in the city, that are connected and found in the same area. You can do more content there as they are full of history, and you can get more subscribers there too
