I really like the little nuggets i get from watching this channel. I know tools relatively well at least automotive tools and I have never seen the industrial finish. I have had the simple rails he's showing but the gritty feeling going on and off and them constantly and i do mean constantly falling over made me change to ernst and mag rails. I love your content, its hard to be unique in the tool review world but you do so without gimmicks, clickbait, or loud-mouthed opinions and that is much more rare.

The disorganization is the AMAZING part.

I have one of those 3/8 chrome ball swivel, my snap on guy told me they don't make them any more, it was really loose, I mean I got it in 1989, with my first diesel tech set. So I took it home and added it to my old tool collection.nice collection of tool boss.

If you cut a square hole in your socket rail, it can hold a socket wrench/spanner with the aid of some bungee cord.

If this guy ever quits buying Snap On his dealer will go bankrupt even Snap On will have to do a little belt tightening.

Wow - most impressive! When does it get to the point when you’re spending more time searching for the right tool vs. finishing the job? Can’t even imagine owning, spending or having all that SNAPON stuff. Fun to watch.

I still use my speed wrenches. I use the 1/4” the most. I have the snap on with the black knob. Speeders give you feel, feel to ensure you aren’t ruining a thread, you just can’t get with a drill, power ratchet or impact. Even changing a headlight on a modern car, could mean removing a fair bit of body work, held on with either 8mm hex hds or T30s. I think they are still very relevant, especially for the many washer hd screws threaded into plastic.

Can I suggest you do a series about organizing separate groups of tools not necessarily a complete roller cabinet reorganization. Because to do a complete roller cabinet you need a larger cabinet box.

Most of my work on boats, outboard motors and hull work, are within the 1/4" drive range. I like the ability to use the driver handle w the sockets. As you said, the feel is fantastic. The flex shaft driver is awesome when needed.

Does anyone make a swivel head ratchet with a locking swivel? I have the same issue with the swivel moving, with a 3/8 ratchet and ratchet wrenches.

Where is the SHLF80A? Maybe the best Snap On ratchet ever. Strong as a breaker. Renders all breakers of equal or lesser length obsolete. Shocked to see those ancient breakers and no SHLF80A.

@@lastbesttool you really need to track down that big ratchet, doc. With dual 80, the ratchet is stronger than the drive is. The square drive will literally shear off before the ratchet gears will strip. And the comfort grip handle on the end of an otherwise 26” ratcheting breaker, ….for me, that is the biggest game changer after my cordless impact gun.

@@adamc9954 I wonder what my SO dealer would give me for my shorter one towards that SHLF80A? You've got me curious. I bought a smaller 1/2 driver because the one I have was often too bug. So why not go bigger?
