i decided to vlog the day dean had to go back to school. and now he's 5,000 miles away which makes me pretty sad i will not lie but it's okay i will see him for my birthday in a month! also... cannot believe i'll be 21 soon that's wild
stay till the end for a little affirmation hour i went on a drive after and listened to some music alone to really soak in all my emotions! so needed to soak in time with yourself and think about who you wanna be moving forward! lots of changes i wanna make moving forward but all exciting things! all exciting things.

I've been doing long distance with my boyfriend for almost four years now. I think you have the best outlook on it (time to grow yourself and pour love into YOU). It is so important to look at it that way - if you are meant to be, you'll have the rest of your life to poor love into your S/O
This is really inspiring to me... me and my boyfriend is most likely going to be doing long distance next year when we graduate high school; and we have been talking about it for the past month. and I am so afraid, because I just don't know how to handle it or do it. Im so afraid to lose him through the process you know. how do you make Time to text or call and stuff, because I know college can take a toll on you. Like I just really need advice on what to do. Because I love being with him almost everyday, and to think about being in different states scare me. I don't know if I sound stupid or not but I'm just afraid.

BUT to those who are scared of LD dont be. hannahs right. what happens is meant to be and at the end of the day itll be alright. it also helps me and gives me peace when i think about allll the time in the world I'll have with him to pour all my love out to him in a different way, when he comes back home:)

I’m currently doing long-distance. It will be 2 years of long-distance next month. It’s crazy how much you can grow in a long-distance relationship compared to a none long-distance relationship. It really makes me appreciate our time apart more and our time together even more as well. Long-distance has its benefits. I’m also about to be 20 this July, so we’re around the same age? here's some long distance encouragement:)
we have been doing 4 years of long distance (through college) over 1,000 miles (18 hr drive) and we just got engaged! now the tricky part is planning a wedding across the country lol but it is much easier now that we have a true light at the end of the tunnel knowing that long distance will forever be over soon!
many people like to highlight the times long distance hasn't worked, but just know that there are so many people who have made it through and conquered the distance! if you truly love that person, it will all be worth it (although don't ignore red flags)! I know most of the time apart is indescribably difficult, but if both people are in it 100%, it will only make your relationship stronger. I always explained it this way: my life is great and happy even when I'm not with that person, but when I get to be with them, life is SO much happier and even MORE enjoyable!
also, don't be discouraged by how hard distance can be. if it's super easy and you're never sad, you're probably not with the right person:) surround yourself with supportive community and don't let a day go by without talking to your person and telling them you love them!
