It’s so hard to find an influencer who is as real and authentic of a person as Emma is. When most influencers get a platform, they tend to pretend that they never have a bad day and only post their good moments, which is why social media is so damaging. But Emma actually shows all of her emotions and life to prove even influencers have bad days which is really amazing and inspiring to me.
The most authentic influencers that didn't change with fame are Pewdiepie and Emma

i really like that you admit you feel better being in bed than trying to do “productive” things to feel better. it really helps me when i’m down because i realise it’s NORMAL to feel better when doing nothing. i feel like lots of youtubers pretend that when they’re sad they do yoga and feel better but emma keeps it real
We are always pressured to do something from parents, school, work. Doing nothing or slacking means you are lazy. I remember my parents always told me do something instead of doing nothing. So society pressures us to be productive to the point we feel guilty when we do nothing or chill things

You really helped me through what I'm going through. For a long time, I've avoided any negative feeling, especially anxiety which resulted in becoming far worse than it was before. I overthink too much that I'm consistently worrying and me being unable to calm myself down. I always find myself being pressured to "be okay" because of my fear of failing to solve my problems and seeing myself as weak. Watching this video and seeing you going thrlugh the exact same feeling I've felt through those dark times makes me normalise my own negative feelings and it truly did make me feel better. Thank you, emma ❤️

I have baaaad anxiety and I take myself out all the time! I prefer going to the movies alone, in fact I only go alone. Afterwards I get something nice to eat. It feels so good to do everything at your own pace and go for whatever YOU want. I always feel very happy afterwards :))
