Reagan's tenure was perhaps the golden time for the military dictators of different countries being aided by the USA. Look at the list of the dictators being received in the White House and every time Mr Reagan repeated almost the same thing that democracy being restored. But the reality was, dictators were put on to destroy democracy of the countries. Military man Ziaul Huq was one such example...
