Children's Peace Monument

This monument is dedicated to all the children who died due to the atomic bombing.
Millions of paper cranes surround the monument, and we often see students bringing paper cranes on their school field trips and holding prayer ceremonies here.
In this video, we will learn the true story of the girl named Sadako Sasaki and her classmates, which has inspired people the world over, and why the paper crane is recognized as a symbol of peace.
