- If you visit Hiroshima, the Peace Memorial Park should probably be near the top of your list.
There is so much to see, and you could easily spend the majority of your day at the park and different museums.
I would definitely pay my respects to this place. What happened at Hiroshima was horrific, and we need to remember and honour the past in order to never recreate it. Thank you for sharing this in such a beautiful way.

I live a life that is too blessed with materials and convenience, but it may be the best luxury to live facing nature in such a place.

I was there, twice, in 1983 while stationed at MCAS Iwakuni. I'd love to go back and see it again someday but I'm pretty sure that will never happen.
I loved the city and Japan. Amazing place and people. I don't think I will ever visit again. My bucket list is long
