Okami HD - All 99 Stray Bead Locations [Guide]

A guide to all the Stray Beads locations in Okami, the videos were recorded on a PlayStation 4 Pro and the whole run took me about 44 hours to complete.
The beads are listed by areas and not by chronological order (because everyone's run is different); though if you're missing a bead simply refer to this video through timestamps below, after collecting all the 99 beads you'll receive a special artifact called 'String of Beads' which will grants Amaterasu limitless 'Ink Pots' and 'Solar Energy' as well as 10 times attack power.

For the 25 bead, taka Pass 5/6 it’s the second flaming chest. I thought it was the first and didn’t understand why it wasn’t a bead.

Edit: ah I didn’t realize the stream went downwards so that’s why you need the water tablet for #40 and why lily pads and gale winds to push to the area doesn’t work

Where on earth is the treasure box for Stray Bead #66. I've searched the dragon palace and I cannot find it. This guide has been life changing besides this.

Nevermind found it. You have to revive the Dragon Kings grave.

Nevermind! I made it night outside in the game so I could see the ground shining to dig a hole to get to the chest

So if you don't have the Gimmick Gear, all you will need is just Thunder Edge for Gen's contraption? Or do you NEED Gimmick Gear and Thunder Edge? 26:59

In order to open the chest which contains the Stray Bead you don't need the Gimmick Gear (it's used to obtain the Thunderbolt ), so the weapon Thunder Edge can do the job.

I got to the no return point to collect them all, but the #50 task disappeared, I don't know how to get the ladies appear😢

They probably went back to Kamiki, teleport there and talk to them again then teleport to Sei and get the bead.
