I saw this video 3years ago and got me to try Aikido in San Francisco, CA. What an art of defense! just a few and simple moves practicing them over and over. I learned more in 6months than 15years of practicing Karate and Kung Fu.

not quite. It quicker than learning Kung Fu's 1000 moves. WIth Aikido u keep on learning and perfecting the tradicional moves over and over.
