NOTE: theres a new roblox plugin free in every toblox studio that has ugc acces so if you have ugc acces you dont have to download anything its free in studio

@@Sei2k20 This was happening to me a few months ago. Its so annoying, but you just have to wait and not use it for a couple days. It'll fix itself
@@vvsabro Oh, tysm bro. I tryed to save texture as another file and export ugc item from blender to roblox studio and add texture from file in studio and i fixed it. :)

hey, i have a model that i scaled to fit to roblox's r15 rig and i followed the process for textures but when i get to the part when i put in the file for the texture, it ends up being way to big, and the mask if just black. what do i do to fix this? thank you so so much for this video and your help and time. thank you!
i used a diffrent file format, i first used fbx bc obj didn't have color. but later realised it got huge with fbx. then i got back to using obj and it worked fine.
you go to the top left screen and click viewport shading

another way to see the amount of verts and triangles of a mesh would be to go into viewport overlays and click the box next to statistics to see the statistics of the mesh in the top left corner of the viewport
I cant see the circle in blender when i insert it it has an outline and it wont show
@@sylvr_you gotta go into edit mode select all the verts then press F to add faces
for some reason when i try to join together it says 'Active object is not a selected mesh'

When I export a mesh with a texture as a fbx file and I import into studio, it doesn't import with the texture. I even tried exporting as a obj file and it doesn't import with the texture as well. But most of the time, it imports with the texture as a fbx file.
when i do it with fbx it becomes gigantic

that means yall didnt size it correctly and thetexture you have to make the texture download it and click on the model and then go to texture id and choose file and there

Has anyone ever noticed that all the things that go into creating games or objects are always so hard e.g. why can't you just make a 3D drawing and then have it as an item? You always need 4 different apps and have to import saves etc
Yeah if I could just draw 3d things and turn it into ugc I would already have 50+ ugcs

I'm confused on the proportional editing. Whenever I click hold or click G to make it curve it just moves the object around. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Its easy, before trying to press G to move your model, Press "O" in your keyboard, to activate proportional editing. After that you press G to move it and you can change the size by scrolling down or up.
I think you have the diameter of the proportional editing too big. You can use the scroll wheel to change the size

How did you get your texture to work. For me it just says it doesn't work or it just doesn't import. How do i fix this.

If you don’t know anything of modeling, I guess model a do UGC in Roblox studio and then import it into a blender that will probably help I think gonna try it

I tried making different item, and hat, it succeed, but it didnt save colors form blender, I only have grey mesh in studio now.
