I had the exact same problem he described about the "try me" button's plug. The white part would not come out... i finally had to slowly use tweezers and cuticle scissors to get it out without damaging the charging port.

( holds down drone and its power button to shut off... ) * has panick attack in the body from the fast boi speeding into walls and the floor *
If you don't have some pliers then pull the shit out of it. It wont break but try not wiggle it out too much it might break a prong just pull it very hard
DON'T TRIM YOUR DRONE.... sometimes that can really mess everything up... Don't use it in speed 3 NEVER or it will fly crazy... And do not use a speed charger or the done will not have have enough power to fly up because the battery will be destroyed
No the trim will not rest itself... you must good through the beeps to get the trim back to center... you should here a long beep when the trim is back to center
I know that thing is really shoved in there just take your time and pull out the wire and then it should be okay I have problems taking out the wire as well but all I did was just grab some pliers and pull it out and then I was able to put the charger in

After a hard crash how do you reset the drone itself. It said to do that on the instructions sticker on the transmitter but nothing in the instruction Manuel. My sone has this and it goes haywire when you try to take off
The problem isn't the drone your son has messed with the trim buttons so you must put the trims back to center. YOU CANNOT CELEBRATE THE DRONE TO REST THE BAD TIRMS... You must listen to the beeps until you here a long beep then that means your back to center
Okay I tried messing with the trim buttons but still can’t seem to get this thing to respond correctly. It still takes off and goes completely to the left and is uncontrollable. It worked for a bit in the beginning when we first unboxed it. Any more ideas I could try?

I just got it to work so as u turn on the drone and ur remote flashes move the joy sticks around and it should make a second beep which will let u know its connected

No way bro don't believe that you can do almost anything brother you just have to try better... my first rc car crashed and motor got destroyed and my drone flew straight into a tree on the first day I got it but I didn't let those things take me down I just kept trying again and again and now I am one of the best

You should be able to bind the transmitter to the drone by pressing up then down on the transmitter throttle
It does seem a little loud but it look good.

Sounds like it needs to Charged... remember you can't charger it with a fast charger like a 2.5 Amp only 1 Amp USB charger

Stop trying to land it by yourself you don't know how to fly good enough so you will have to use the automatic land button
stop trying to land it by yourself and use the automatic land button and automatic takeoff button until you learned how to do it yourself

Don't worry just pull it out but do not wiggle it out simply grab some pliers and pull it out don't worry it won't break had the same problem

To pair the drone simply turn the drone then transmitter and on the transmitter move the left throttle stick UP THE DOWN and it should pair up
Hold the power button to turn it off

How I calibrate the controller with the drone?
Use the two joysticks point them down and then inward both of them at the same time down and then inward and you should see it flash
