Baked Sushi has been taking over the internet. In this video, I will show how to make Sushi Bake with all the goodness of California Maki.
Baked Sushi Roll Recipe:
1 tbsp sesame oil (sorry not available- wala ko mabilhan)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with Pinch of sugar (the best is rice vinegar)
3 cups rice (japanese rice / jasmine rice)
1 pack crab sticks
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup avocado
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup cream cheese
Japanese mayo Kewpie
Furikake (sorry wala ako mabilhan)
Nori (sea weed wrap)
Preheat the oven 200c
Bake 10-12 mins
