Wow, jetzt habe ich mir das ganze Video angeschaut und auf den genialen Trick gewartet. Vielleicht war der Trick ja, wie umständlich die Silberhaut entfernt wurde. Mit einem Löffel geht das ganz einfach.

That’s not how you remove the silver skin, try and use a butter knife at the skinny end, loosen enough to grab with a paper towel it usually comes off in one piece.

Der "Trick" dabei ist wahrscheinlich, dass eine "Zucchini" als "Aubergine" bezeichnet wird. Sonst nichts Neues dabei gesehen......
