We recently completed our 88 days rural work in Australia to gain our second year working holiday visa. In this video you will see a range of farms that we worked on, in Queensland Australia. The wonderful co-travellers that we worked and lived with, and all the fun stuff we got up to on our days off.

Love this. Very creative filming :) I thought about editing a video when I farmed in Hawaii but couldnt grasp how to film it in an interesting way.

With this weather you can grow whatever you want... Probably the water is a problem in some areas there... but with some drip irrigation system and a good source of groundwater. I think you can do whatever you want.
In Canada we do what we can.... we have 5 month of winter and tons of snow.

I must say .. Farming is really a Hard Work even when you're at younger age .. it depends ! I did try to do the Strawberry picking at the farm .. boy o boy .. it's killing my back because you have to bow all the time since the strawberry is grown on the ground and the tree is so short (not even 2 feet tall) .. so, all those strawberries are hanging on the very short trees. Imagine if you do it all day long !

Coming out people in the video are looking like very happy but I don’t totally believe in it just because As I know, Some people in our Internet say there is difficult to achieve my own goals. I heard Many people returned themselves to their mother country. So, I’m always thinking a lot about how to do to go to Australia. I have Too a little information to live in here

So do you live on the farm/Need to find a palce to live and cook your own meals? I tree plant in Canada in the summers and I'm looking for things to do in AUS over the winter. Would definitely consider this

That's a lot of people working in one field. In the US I've seen a whole field get cleared in a couple of hours with half the amount of people. Most of the workers are Mexican though so they have the stamina for it.
