Stephano Sorry to disappoint, but he’s actually 20 years old. He’s a very good player, and for sure a top 5 pick, but his upside is somewhat overrated. Still rooting for him, though

JJJ has the most upside I'd say. Slightly smaller dimensions but much better agility. Both are prospects that can turn into great versatile defenders who can stretch the floor though.

I am a happy Magic fan! I am glad we went BPA instead of drafting for need. From the interviews I have seen, Bamba seems like a great kid. No doubt he has work to do, but I am confident he can really improve if he stays motivated and gives it his all. He has the physical tools to be great, but it's all gonna come down to WANT TO and if he has the mental toughness to impose his WILL on the rest of the league.
Best player in the draft. Imagine rebounding like Drummond, scoring like Towns, and blocking BETTER than Gobert.

If those are his question marks then I'm gambling on that potential with a top 2 pick. On top of that, smart players are gems and hard to find. He has the type of character and skill set I'd love to have on my team.

Lebron James tatum ceiling is super high. Denovan is 2 yo older. Tatum hasnt yet in his peak. Tatum is a match up nightmare. He is still growing just turned 20.

Lebron James its not if you play in a tougher cuz east and west plays each other also. East has been competitive this year. Denovan is currently the offensive focal point of the jazz while tatum is a 3rd to 4th offensive option. Give tatum the 1st offensive option and probably he will make evry1 jaw dropping.

i think there is a lot of undervaluing going on in terms of how bright the prospects are. He is very articulate, and obviously a smart kid. I think a team that values that may find a gem.

Just his skill set, as a defender, is enough for me. This guy is physical, agile, & fast. He's outsltanding as a shot blocker, & rebounder. And with that 7'8" wingspan, he covers a lot of space. Plus, he's gonna get bigger. That's scary.

some of the weaknesses dont make sense best blocker in the draft and can affect peoples shot but his weakness is defensive motor which technically means his speed on defense but he got to where want to for the most part just made the wrong read and then offensive toughness? I think thats the wrong word for that just when he scores he does it very aggressively maybe you could say needs more perimeter work offensively
I hope he turns out to be like a mix of Clint capela and The Greek Freak but better, the sky the limit for this young guy.

I’m a hawks fan and we should totally pick him up. Luka would be nice and I’m kinda neutral on Bagley (especially considering his fit with our team and defense) but I’m high on Mo Bamba. A front court of Prince, Collins and Bamba would be awesome. We can also package our late first round picks and Shroder for a point guard
Scared of physical play is easily exploited.
Remarkable SeiF players grow up physically in nba. He will get some weight, don't worry. Look at how Durant, Ingram type of players change over time. Even look at Al Horford who was like soft dude on Atlanta for years, now he is insanely tough guy on the floor with Boston. Physical toughness of the game won't be a problem for a smart guy like Mo Bamba.

whenever i see tall explosive players like this, injuries always come to mind. hope he learns ways to avoid injuries like how to land and stuff form professionals.
I think the only concern with him is his offense. Lacks that touch around the rim. But he is gonna be a Monster at the D. If somehow he can gain some muscles and polish that offense, he'll be unstoppable.

Intangibles are great. He will add muscle and be a Capela/Gobert hybrid which is great. The right team with a good guard is essential for him. Mavs could pick him up since Noel is likely gonna leave in the offseason.
He reminds me of AD, was seen as primarily a defensive big coming outta college. Seeing him knocking down 3s/midrange pullups and show good feet down in the post, though, makes me think that he also has potential of developing into a great offensive big, too, like AD, which is a really scary prospect.
