97 Road King Project EP5 - Drive Pully and Swing Arm Removal

This video shows the removal of the main drive pully and swing arm. I ended up changing both pulleys and the drive belt. Unfortunately, I did not get a vid of the swing arm reinstallation. I will warn you that it is a little tricky to get the bushings, swing arm and shaft realigned on the reinstall.

thank you for this very informative video, bought an EVO Road King recently, and it needs the belt replaced, thats how i found you! i have some questions, at 3:30 is that the part 11165 (quad ring)? Also, i havent yet been able to identify the part number for the smaller one at min 6:45, can you help with that one too?

I would recommend calling your local harley dealer parts with your year and model and ask them for the tranny output shaft seal and shift shaft seal. Just tell them you need the seals behind the primary case on the trans. You may also be able to find them on Dennis Kirk or J&P, etc. Sorry I don't have p/n's handy.
