Jesus Christ is the most important figure in history. Stanhalen, Reaper and Candice need to find Jesus ❤✝️

@@WhatTheHecktor69 Not religious and i don't believe in it anyways so stop spouting that religious bs
🙏
Describing Stalin as 'controversial' is like describing Hitler as 'a little bit angry'
Imagine what the world would be like if Hitler, Stalin, and Moa never were.
@@snoox27 Gengis Khan
Gengis Khan only a honorable mention ? He was way more important and world changer than many of the people mentioned here.
and PROBABLY 1/2 of The Worlds Population carries His Genes
That's a fact
Very very true. Also Yuri Gagarin! First human ever in space.
It is a list of influential people as per the west
@@sourav9543as per the usa (as always in this channel)
Where is Napoleon and Queen Victoria
Napoleon should be top 5!!!
The fact that Alexander the Great is 11th and Gengis Khan is an honorable mention shows the ignorance and stupidity of the people who made this list
Nepolean?
This feels very... American.
Colonizer behaviour
@@AifDaimonwait until you find out almost every land on Earth was colonized by different groups
@AifDaimon Said the person using Z's instead of S's
Its a canadian channel you dolt
Yeah, when they started naming presidents I was feeling it
Surprised not to see Napoleon on this list. I'm not surprised to see so many British people, mind. So many innovators, discoverers, authors, and monarchs that are worthy of being on the list. Queen Elizabeth II or Victoria should have had an honourably mention.
Have you gone completely insane? Jane Austen on, Earhart on but no Napoleon and Homer on the list at all? Cleopatra half the list above Julius Ceasar? Equality and diversity above all?
Do you realize that for many young ppl you are an important source of knowledge?
And no Copernicus? No Galileo?
Are you serious?
WM always strikes out when it tackles history, but this is bad even by its low standards.
Earhart over Napoleon!! Someone did'nt pay attention in school!!
@@Steve-Riverwood Napoleon is not even there 🤣🤣
I would have liked to have seen Aristotle or Plato on the list
Mother Teresa cared more about converting people to Catholicism than actually helping people who were poor and dying. Her missionaries were not properly trained in medical aid and secretly baptized dying patients without their consent. She also opposed contraception in a country with a serious overpopulation problem.
Not to mention that she thought pain and suffering is what brought people to God so she did not give medical care, but she went off to the best medical experts in the world when she herself was ill.
Theresa was pure evil.
If Belle Delphine isn't on the list it doesn't count. 😂
It's established fact that Teresa did some absolutely horrible things. Why was she only given praise in her piece?
Good or evil, still influential
I was thinking the same thing. I was like isn’t that woman evil?
@@cbraun4ushe’s pure evil so I’m confused too 😂
When Diana died Elton John sang "Candle in the wind". Then Mother Theresa died and he sang "Sandals in the bin".
On a world wide scale, who is she? Like Abe, nobody. Genghis Kahn, however...
Im not an American,
BUT
Im surprised that George Washington isnt even in The Honorable mentioned
My Honorable Mentions:
* Helen Keller
* Galileo
* Temple Grandin
* Martin Luther
* William Tyndale
* The Wright Brothers
* Ludwig Van Beethoven
Who are some of your honorable mentions?
The inventor of paper, Cai Lun.
The inventor of the movable type printing press, Johann Gutenberg.
My honorable mentions are
Fritz Haber
Thomas Midgely
Clara Barton
Genghis Khan
Martin Luther
Arminius
Out of all them, I'd say Arminius was the most influential.
@@September2004 Especially Gutenberg.
@@donaldkennedy9573 I would say Cai Lun was more influential for a few reasons:
* There was already some other type of printing press that existed before Gutenberg
* Paper came much earlier so more people would be influenced by its benefits throughout history.
* Paper had uses other than printing.
Michael Jackson should be on here, in the top 10 somewhere
Some huge names that are missing:
Johann Gutenberg (how he didn’t make the top 10, let alone the list, is beyond me)
Martin Luther
Karl Marx
Nicolaus Copernicus
Galileo Galilei
Sigmund Freud
Louis Pasteur
Thomas Jefferson
Johann Gutenberg is not the first person (it’s a Western teaching) inventing the metal printing, so he cannot be included. He improved the what was around already for a century. It is like praising Howard Florey for the invention of Penicillin.
Thomas Jefferson would be an American thing (I respect him very much still).
The rest, I totally agree.
Edison was a thief, he did not invent motion pictures, he stole the idea. I cna't remember the Frenchmans name.
He did invent 1 thing and that was the phonograph. And he was a pos.
Where is Martin Luther? While there had been rumblings against the Catholic Church before, it wasn't until Luther nailed his 95 Theses on the door that the stranglehold the Roman Church had on Western Europe was broken, opening up opportunities for all the other other non-Roman churches. While the Church of England dumped the Pope but kept most of the theology of the Roman church, Luther and his followers, and others inspired by him, changed how people saw their relationship with God as well as their relationship with their church.
Mother Theresa was actually a bad person..
Sure, if you accept the Chris Hitchens version of reality.
@@benwolk2028 I base my opinion on her actions and Opinions.
agree 100%. She is a terrible person. However they did say good/bad influence 😅
Do you even know who she is you sit in your decadent homes and pass judgements on people who served humanity… fantastic show me proof she was a bad person!! You listen to a mad man who earned a living defaming others. Jokes on you!!😊
@@hoyhoyjeanoy Gandhi was a terrible person. Many people on this list were objectively more terrible than Mother Theresa. It's odd that she's the one everyone is coming after...almost as if people feel threatened by her.
Kobe should be #1. I don’t hear people say “Mahatma Gandhi” or “MLK” when they throw a paper ball into the waste basket
You got the glow
Yes..a mere basketball player is more influential than (unofficially) father of the biggest nation in the world.
😂
It must suck to not have a sense of humor
Your joking right? :/
Napoleon is missing too
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is most influential person
For the uninitiated, Esa AS (AKA Jesus) was told by God (Allah) that a Prophet by the name of Muhammed will come in future who will lead an entire generation towards Islam. Esa was so pleased by the greatness of this Man that he prayed to Allah to be Muhammed's (AS) follower. Allah accepted his Prayer and Esa will return to the world one day and Practice islam as a follower of Muhammed.
Lol God is not Allah, Islam is the last born Abrahamic Religion.
@fn1709 there have been 124,000 prophets who preached islam including Esa (aka Jesus) and Prophet Muhammad AS was last of them. Even Esa was a prophet who preached islam. Let that sync in my man. Islam has always been there.
I CAN'T BELIEVE I DIDN'T MAKE THE LIST!!! THIS IS RIGGED!!!!
they make lists about everything do not wrry bout it
Thanks for meaningful and valuable video as always 😂😂😂

15: B. Obama, T, Blair & H. Kissinger
These particular figures may all be long gone, But at least the things they did (Depending on the figure) will continue to go down in human history.
Let's be honest, half of these people shouldn't even be on the list
khan is a mention but a pilot that is hardly known outside the usa makes it okayyyy suuuureeee
Anne Frank is on the list of 30 most influential people in history. Like in the entirety of history.
What????????😂😂
Careful they'll call you anti semetic
Oppenheimer should’ve been mentioned
I would rank Copernicus higher than Da Vinci. Starting literal revolution in the science which was completed by Newton.
Rosa Parks is a great example of standing up to RACIAL SUPREMACISTS
🙏
Only influential black people matter! ✊🏿

I haven't started but Mr Rogers is so needed rn i hope he's on the list😭❤️
William Hung!
Oh, is he? 😮
Buddha at number 4. Cool. My favorite out of the religious or spiritual teachers.
Michael Hart’s The 100 is a very interesting book on this subject.
Quite interesting.
Here’s one for you, Josip Broz Tito the president of Yugoslavia. A divisive figure in the former Yugoslavian republic’s but internationally he was and still is highly respected. He was a communist leader but he famously said “No” to Stalin and charted an independent and non-aligned course from the east and west and somehow maintained friendly relations between the two. Along with many other countries he effectively formed the “3rd world” of non aligned nations.

Nelson Mandela😢😢😢😢😢😢
Malcolm X!!!! Great political activist, gave great compelling speeches
Not even close, sorry. Maybe top 100 in US
Err...Nelson Mandela? Not even honorable mention?
Epic background music
Feels like Oppenheimer should be on here given he created the bomb that gave us mutually assured destruction aka the entire reason for 20th/21st century world power geopolitics
Bless you to who ever sneeze while Rosa park was speaking
Many might observe it would be politically incorrect, or inappropriate, or even offensive to award Jesus the top spot. But I commend WatchMojo for doing so anyway: after all, its #6, #7, #9, #17, #22, #23, #26, and #30, plus one Honorable Mention in this list can all be traced back to the influence Jesus has had on mankind for ~2,000 years. Commendations for recognizing the contributions of other founding religious figures as well, like #2 Muhammad and #4 Buddha.
My Great grandfather helped Rosa parks in the civil rights moment. He’s the driver that told her to get off
BRUCE LEE....?
LEO MESSI....

Where tf is Napoleon
What about OOG? He discovered fire!
#OogWasRobbed
Athena 🗽
MLK, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Huey P Newton, Coretta Scott King, Cleopatra, and Princess Diana
Florence Nightengale’s parents are likely extremely disappointed in her for all the good in nursing she did. Her positive reputation precedes her, and that’s no understatement.
Watch Mojo on top of the world with list like this! Still some bright minds out there
Napoleon should have been on the list
never heard of the pilot..galileo,marco polo, socrates, plato, emperor Qin,al-biruni,hippocrates should be at least in the honorable mention
Ghenghes greatest conquered ever his mongol empire 2nd biggest empire after british empire after mongol empire, timurid empire on basis on great khan and mughal empire in india also belong to legacy of great khan also ottoman empire built by mongolia with turk great khan is most influential person in medival period of world
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! 0:55 After watching Joan of Arc die, Baron Gilles de Rais (character played by Vincent Cassel) became one of the worst serial killers in history of the world. Baron Gilles de Rais was one of her companion-in-arms who tried his best to free innocent Joan of Arc from her wrongful execution, but failed. After she died, he renounced his Christian faith and turned into a monster who Joan was accused of. He became a notorious demon conjuring occultist who ended up killing more than 140 people. He was sentenced to death by simultaneous burning and hanging, and the punishment was carried out in Nantes on October 26, 1440.
Mother Teresa also had some, let's say, difficult views on topics such as women rights, abortion etc.. So... I think her possibly big positive influence is seen a little bit more in connection to the zeitgeist she lived in. One can ask if her real motif wasn't rather to proselytize than to help.
Wait a second... How did these women do such great things with the mighty glass ceiling in place?!?! I'm confused......
DaVinci's last words. "I have offended god and mankind because my works dud not reach the quality they should have."

You forgot Emir Timur, he destroyed mongol rule, his family ruled over India Mughal empire ( mughul meaning mongol)he killed 2,5 percent of earth population, rebuilt Central Asia, destroyed many cities, he was feared in alle three Continents ( Asia, Europe, Africa), he destroyed many kingdoms, this chained many Events in history

Churchill was NOT nice man.
Jane Austin....more memorable then Julius Caesar. You can't be serious Mojo...

I'm surprised Martin Luther didn't make the list.
Martin Luther was kinda important.
Not american enough to be on the list!
Benjamin Franklin is worthy as an honorable mention ? He was just as important as some of the people mentioned here!
Nelson Mandela
Christ is King
Mona Lisa is Leonardo da Vinci. He drew himself as a woman. Think about it and look at his paintings very closely and see if you agree with me.
The true story of Mother Theresa is actually disgusting.
Very disgusting. Even Martin Luther who was not named is just as Disgusting. He started Protestantism but he hated Jewish people and wanted them dead.
Johannes Gutenberg not even Honorable Mentions? VERY surprised
Some of the ones that were in the honorable mentions of surprise we're not even in the top 30 like Genghis Khan. I mean that was the largest continuous empire in history.
Where my uncle snoop dog at?
I look at this list and think who should appear in an Epic Rap Battle of History
Jane Austen should not have been on this list nor should've floerence nightengale or Elizabeth the first nor joan of arc. Clara Barton, Martin Luther, Thomas Midgley, Fritz Haber, and especially Genghis Khan were far more influential.
MUHAMMAD ALI MALXOM X SHOULD BE HERE 2 🤔
Gandhiji 💙
Technically it was Einsteins wife that did all his calculations and he then credited them to himself. So honorable mention - Einsteins wife
