Hey! Future Tiptoe here. Thanks for checking out these videos! If you'd like to keep up on CZcams Community info, I'll be posting extra bits of info here in the future: czcams.com/users/TiptoeTheTankcommunity
As of this post, this is a relatively young channel. I've only really been around since the end of 2020. I hope to be around for the foreseeable future; I'm excited to watch this little passion project grow. More info and content will come with time! Thank you for being here so early in the game. PEACE!

Arnt plasmids the ones that are injected??
@@baileyjerman5573 True, I own Bioshock 1 and 2 actually, I think she just read the script wrong and wanted to say another thing. Tavo nuomonÄ man nerĆ«pi.
@@baileyjerman5573 yes plasmids are injected, vigors are drank like potions or miracle elixirs
Small hiccup there but Iâll let it slide.
Correction: plasmids are injected and vigors are consumed orally,
Thank you i heard that and i sat there for a second like wait.... Something is up
Vote this up!
I hope someone got fired for that blunder lol, but yeah you're right
Maybe in your dimension.
@@Dire_Pants i hope they're not consumed anally in your though )
I've never seen anyone tell the story of Bioshock well ... the timeline .. the threads of plot .. this was incredible!! I love the story of Bioshock and you just did it a great justice by telling its lore! Thank you!
dude, this is some high quality content here. More peeps need to see this
Thank you so much for checking it out! We'll get there đ
It worked! It took a year but it made it to my algorithm!
Except for mixing plasmids and vigours up
@@mattday7337 they'll live.
@@TiptoeTheTank i didnât hear anything I didnât know, but I have watched so many videos on these games you wouldnât believe it if I told you. Even with that, this was by far my favorite. Although it was just as informative, this video was so much more cohesive in the way you told it as one long story! I agree with the original comment, excellent content, I canât wait to go through and watch more!!! If you did the infamous series I would probably watch it 1000 times lol so I guess if I could make a request that would be it!!!!! Either way, great video, you gained another new subscriber!
This is incredible! I used to think that the Bioshock story was so muddled and confusing. You managed to break it down and tell it in a way that is not only compelling, but made me want to replay all 3 games!
This!!!! This right here!!!! Itâs like you typed this out straight from my own thoughts! It really was confusing no matter how many videos I watched on it, this video made it all into a easy to understand, and quite frankly amazing story!
âAnother round of butt slaps abs handshakes all roundâ
Made me chuckle xD
The way you flawlessly blended every game into each other, yet still made it coherent and clear that they were separateâŠ. Well done my friend. Well done.
I am so glad I stumbled onto this channel after watching ur videos on visage. I literally have binge watched EVERY video. Most of them are games I played but ever understood the bigger picture because I was too young or even recently with visage just completely lost in the plot. Thank you so much such a holiday treat!!!!
Welcome to the channel, and thanks so much for watching!
One, why did it take me soooo freaking long to find out my favorite video game
series went more into depts, about bioshock in infinite.
Two, this is an outstanding video. Idk how many times I've tried to get into infinite's
lore and fall short though confusing videos, just to go through this once and understand it
much more clearly. This shins a whole new light onto their third game for me and makes
me even more excited then ever to play it again soon.
infinite is my favorite game of all time. Troy Baker is a legend, the story made me ugly cry. deep gutteral sobs. it's perfect.
Im so sorry that i havent discover you channel sooner.... my God, you are an amazing narrator.... an easy subscribe
Only 8k views wtf? This is one of the best videos on bioshock on youtube. I've known this story for years and learned some new stuff here
I think this might be your best pure lore video (outside of your RE series).
"It fried his swimmers." Hahahaha đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł I've never heard it put that way đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
The bioshock storyline hurts my heart in many different ways. The profound sense of loss, the constant death and destruction and the forcible severing of familal and fraternal bonds... Damn it's heavy as hell.
Thank you for doing this justice. I'm a fairly new subscriber and really love your work. I feel like you and Tex from the Black Pants Legion could make some amazing and wonderful lore videos.
So true, watching any bioshock ending post-game 1 is so tragic
the bioshock series is my favorite story of all time, if I could replay one game for the first time it would 100% be bioshock: infinite. Its such an amazing story.
Just a slight correction @13:25 you state that âplasmids are consumed and absorbed through the stomach, while vigors are injected.â Itâs the other way around. Though I think Suchong began the plasmid experiments as digestible but they werenât producing the desired effects he wanted(these experiments were the ones Fink saw glimpses of through the rifts in Columbia). So Suchong began testing ADAM intravenously known as Plasmid which were more successful. Though somehow Fink was able to get the Vigor designs he stole from Suchongâs research to work thus he didnât have to spend all his extra time stealing Suchongâs plasmid research via Multiverse Corporate Espionage anymore. Great video though.
Fink is the quintessential mid-to-late-1800âs big shot businessman of high standing in the community he lives in but is really just a lucky snake-oil salesman whose most successful products are really just someone elseâs product that he added just enough cocaine or heroin into to make the product âdifferentâ and his own âsecret family recipe passed down to him from his great-grandmotherâs brotherâs girlfriendâs Dadâs sister-mother(you read that right. And yes itâs what youâre thinking) friendâs bossâs son who just so happened to be in town at the same time Fink and offered him the recipe and wagon for whatever pocket change and lint Fink had in his chest pocket of the inner-lining of his blazer jacket.
The restraint you showed in not saying âwould you kindly hit the subscribe buttonâ is so so admirable
Iâve played through these countless times and you STILL covered things that I missed the connections and/or the lore of. Easiest subscription in months for me. Great job on this! Iâm so happy my feed suggested this to me.
My god, that was well done. I was not paying attention to most of this or missed it completely.
Amazing job on this, I've never seen the story explained better, and you even managed to make it very short too! Not some 2 hour long video. Great job.
If the armorer goes crazy in another world because he died in the previous world, then wouldn't Booker/Comstock, the Lutess', and Elizabeth have gone crazy as well? Bit of a plot hole or plot armor there.
Well, they do in a way, at least for Booker and Comstock. See when they start to sense somthing is off and their head gets fuzzy and nose bleeds. The reason why the Amoror gets crazy is bc he remembers his past/alternate self and KNOWS (feels) he is dead. Booker and everyone looses their memories so they donât realize it till later. Also the luteses are dead, but live in the tears just like Elizabeth in the last part of this video
There are some.moments of the video where you stop watching and being experiencing it , you are truly gifted.
My childhood, the first ever game series I started and finished myself without any help from my older siblings. This series and a few Zelda games are my top favorite games. And I love this channel, it's so calming to watch and entertaining at times.
Loved playing the BioShock series and experiencing again with you is a hoot, also feeding the algorithm god âš
This... this is amazing. This has got to be the absolute best breakdown and conveyance of the entire bioshock universe I've ever seen. You are handsdown the most underrated storyteller on this platform and now the only content creator that I actually clicked the bell icon for. I sincerely hope your channel explodes. You deserve it.
Also you got how plasmids and vigors are consumed reversed, it's plasmids that're injected and vigors that're drank.
I am so hooked on this. You do such an amazing job on these lore's. So much enjoy and truly appreciate what you do.
Awesome narration and great story teller. Loved this lore video!
That was a lot
Thank you so much for making this video, i would've never get the whole plot of these games without this
this is very well put together, I loved every second of this
Feed the machine, more people deserve this content. Itâs so very well done. Thank you for your hard work.
MY god. I played Bioshock infinite and the complexity and amazingness of the story just completely flew over my head. Thank you for breaking it down and explaining it. It was only after hearing your explanation can I truely appreciate what makes the game amazing.
I think this is the first time Iâve ever properly understood the story. Thank you so much!
I just found out about this channel & after binge watching a few, I have to say it's very underrated. Great stuff
Amazing content! Iâve been Binging your videos all day today! Keep up the good work
This is really fantastic. Was great to listen to. :)
Thank you for checking it out!
Your channel is criminally underrated, everyone should see this!!
This was absolutely fantastic. I'm really glad this video came up as a suggestion. Keep up the great work!
Ah yes, the Bioshock series, or as I like to call it, Parenthood Simulator: Extreme Sports Edition
Wow not only did you do some hellacious research for this video but you executed it perfectly, easily digestible and full of facts I had no idea about so thank you!
Either I need to lay off the moonshine before watching this or I need more to understand it.
Wow, thank you so much for making this!
Your style of storytelling is phenomenal. I have been binge watching your vids all day. Keep up the awesome work!
Found the channel late, but this video here absolutely got me to subscribe, the story is so much more clear and fascinating to me, thank you!
Just wanna say, this is probably my favorite video about Bioshock on YT! Itâs so pleasant to listen to and genuinely deepened my love for the game. Iâve probably listened to it 5 times through since finding it like 2 months ago lol thanks for the amazing video! â€ïž
Good god this was incredibly well put together, thank you
Just replayed BioShock Infinite after more than 10 years of not playing a Bioshock game and this video helped a gigantic ton to make sense of the whole plot. Thank you. awesome work!
I love that I found your channel, Iâve been loving it as of late!!!
I've been pouring through your videos, and absolutely love the humor and info throughout. Thank you so much! âïž
Absolutely amazing work! Just stumbled upon your channel looking for lore videos around Horizon Zero Dawn, and i have now watched 4 of your videos haha, Keep up the amazing work!
One of the best story tellers on CZcams. Your lore videos have been so relaxing. I listen to them before bed
Love these video essays, thank you.
I'm glad I found your channel. Love your videos
Wow. This is some great work. Needs more recognition/views
A great telling of a fantastic series! Elizabeths' story is so heavy, an effective method of using Multiverse Theory for the storytelling.
This is awesome, youâre awesome! Thank you for this great content!
That was a well put together summary, thank you.
Great videos with just the content I've been looking for!
Thank you! I'm glad it vibes with you. :)
I am so torn about Infinite. It's visually stunning and offers a tantalizing world and story, but the plot holes are bothersome once the twists are revealed. I also didn't quite like the gameplay; the fights are mostly arena battles with enemies spawning ĂĄ la horde mode. It's also a bit disturbing to me that most of the enemies you kill are normal people doing their job, as compared to the mad beasts of Rapture.
most of the people you kill in the first half are literally white supremacist
@@thesauceisme hahaha yes i was about to reply with the same
@@MrsRollercoastergirl right like oh no shooting at racist fanatic police who are trying to kill you... Like in the latter half of the game I felt bad killing the rebels but mostly because of the narrative hurdle they had to do by literally making the leader kill a child to make her seem worse than her actual ideology would let on
@@thesauceisme yeah that was really bad. The narrative gymnastics to paint both sides of that conflict as "having good parts and bad parts" when the founders were pelting interracial couples with baseballs for a fun, pretty sure I dont feel bad for them being brutally murdered as recourse (not children, or course).
@@thesauceisme think about it this way Booker and Elizabeth are only motivated by their own goals , for a time those motivations ally with The Vox populi, but daisy fitzroy and the vox will kill anyone that they deem to be against their goals and we can infer from the Voxphones that Fitzroy will kill them when sheâs done with them
At 54:08 I think you missed a YT opportunity to say "would you kindly like and subscribe"
this was so good, I've subscribed.
How has this not gotten more views? this is brilliant!
Within the first 3 minutes you were able to explain the game better than any source I've found and I was hooked.
Thanks for helping me make more sense of this series! I love your dictation.
Wow this is really good stuff. Great work.
đđđđ You are the best ! , waited for this since the Streams !
I will share and push this video until it hits 1K Views !
Thank you, Shadow. You've been so amazingly supportive it boggles my mind!
@@TiptoeTheTank My Mission for 1K has already started !
This is amazing, I love lore videos, I just got done with the days gone one which has prompted me to continue my save on it!

I love how the Songbird has a massive hole in the roof it caused and then while holding who it needs to protect ignores that and punches a new hole in the side wall for no reason besides to look cool. That could have hurt the poor girl instead of just flying upâŠ
one of the best lore videos for this classic game series can't wait for next game
When u talked about how many times the luteces have sent booker to columbia, it reminded me about how I was flabbergasted by the theory that the explanation that every time u die and come back u r not playing as the same booker but an entirely different booker from another dimension as a replacement while the booker u played is forever dead. I mean Jesus at least the explanation in rapture is just that there are chambers that bring the players back due to their genetic code.
Side note: loved all the little comments u made throughout each explanation.
Between this and your lore video on Prey, injecting a bit of your own gaming personality in these lore videos makes them way more entertaining to watch. Definitely very deserving of a sub.
Thanks I really appreciate this I fully understand bio shock no matter how many times I play it i learn something new
wow. I enjoyed so much watching this video.
The ending of all 3 games is amazing
Not gonna lie. Super happy I found this channel. Best thing I've come across in a long time.
My goodness, I like your voice. And your story telling is on point. Iâll be watching a lot more.
I forgot most of this, I enjoyed listening while I was working. Aside from a hiccup or 2 its pretty solid.
I love you, sis!! You make everything so cool!! Also? Understandable. Bioshock confused me to no end. Lol.
Delta isn't a mystery man, he was called Johnny Topside and was turned into delta because Andrew Ryan thought Johnny was a spy
Brilliant synopsis. +1 subscriber.
Also, say what you want about Burial at Sea 1 and 2 but all I ever wanted was to explore Rapture before or during the collapse and BaS delivered.
A comprehensive and cogent synopsis of the winding BioShock saga. Well done!
I played these games to death and know the story inside out and still found this a great watch. Very well done.
The one thing that never made sense is how the Bioshock: Infinite DLC is even possible.
The Elizabeths drowned Booker at his baptism, destroying all the Bookers and Comstocks at once, but the event where Booker sells Anna to Comstock happens after his baptism.
That Booker and Comstock should have both been erased from all the realities when Booker was drowned at the Baptism.
Just sayin these lore videos are insanely fuckin good. I love the story telling vibe to em
First video I've seen and have to subscribe!
Just wanted to say this was incredibly well done - And damn it, now I want to go back and play all the Bioshock games all over again! Probably my favourite series of all time. I didn't think much of Infinite when I first started playing it back on release, but as the story revealed itself, I appreciated just how well written it all is
As someone who never had the chance to play these games, this channel and Suggestive Gaming is my go to whenever I want to learn about games. So thank youđ
This was always so convoluted and confusing for me and you managed to explain it well for me.
thanks to you i can finally understand it all now
âAt the Battle of Wounded KneeâŠsomebody use to be an adventurer like you, until they took an arrow to the knee.â - FosRowDuh
I love these games so much but I still miss the Bioshock Infinite we first saw in the old trailer that never came to be.
You to mention that in the after credits, Booker is back in 1893 in his office knowing that he never went to baptism and that hopefully Anna is with him or who knows. Meaning that our Booker is still alive and back in New York
You see, I really like the way you say 'you see'
The ending to Elizabeths story made me so sad when i first played the dlc when it had first released, it hit me hard dude lol i loved her character and her journey.
Honestly? While playing these games a long time ago, I didn't understand a lot of this! This video right here changed that, finally! Great work!
Love this narration
As just about everybody seems to be saying in the comments, amazing video. Seriously well done pulling the stories together and making them streamlined, understandable, and compelling
Thanks for reminding me of Booker's background, I was accidentally starting to like him.
That was great. You should do the Minerva's Den DLC next
I haven't watched this yet but I'm SO EXCITED. I love Bioshock, it's my absolute favorite â€â€
YOUR VOICE IS PODCAST MADE ! These get more thru work âšđ
