Hey, lore buds! TiptoeTheTank here. Let me tell you a story.
There's a media company called YOMIURI_TELECASTING_CORP that has issued visual copyright claims on RE: Village cutscenes. Their YT channel is a Let's Play/Variety channel with nothing to do with Capcom. And because CZcams's counter claim system is so risky for creators, there was no way to combat this other than to manipulate/re-edit footage. So, this is a friendly TiptoeTheTank "Go Fuck Yourself" to the assh*le c*nts at whatever the hell YOMIURI_TELECASTING_CORP is.
Can you spot all the ridiculous fades/edits that had to be done to get around this issue? There are at least 3 major cutscenes I had to do this with. See if you can spot them!

I like to think Rose inherited some of her dads memories through the mold. Not all but perhaps enough to show just how much he cared and everything he went though. So she loves him back just as much and tries to live up to his memory.
In another universe, Miranda just after losing her daughter : "Well I guess it is what it is" *Resident Evil end screen drops*
That ending got me in the feels. He'll be back probably through Rose. Hopefully, we don't play as her boyfriend or husband. We need a game to be running around as an OP RE character.
You can always play RE4, 5 or 6. None of those characters can be called "not OP" XD

Today is my off-day from work - I usually save it for playing since during the week I'm too busy/tired to enjoy gaming. Here I was ordering something good to eat when I stumbled upon your fist RE lore video. - "Lore video, cool!! I hope the narrator is a female with a good voice!" I thought to myself, since I tend to favor a feminine voice when listening to lore and stuff. And man, was I in for a treat.
So here I am, a few hous later. Played nothing and yet regret even less than that. I thank you from the bottom of my soul for this beautiful experience. I lack words to describe how pleasurable was your great writing, sense of humor and editing skills in these series. Truly, a masterpiece crowned by a perfect execution through your expressive voice.
I thank you once again!!! I'll make sure to check your other works as soon as possible, because for now, as in every art, I must let this one sink in for a little while, enjoying it's aftertaste in silence.

I like Chris. His characterization is so human. He's not a good old hero. He's conflicted and scared.
I feel like he went through a lot before too and I can't imagine past Chris being the accidental goofball villain to force Ethan's conflict.
The reason other spots feeling so less thought out makes sense in the franchise seemed to be because they were surviving.
Don't remember other times when the MCs bust into people's homes all of a sudden just to get all last of us 2.

One takeaway that I got from binging this entire series today, is that Re 7 and 8 are a whole different level of storytelling (4, too). I really hope they keep the team responsible for writing Ethan's story- it was breathtaking.

Underrated channel, i never really that the Resident Evil games are connected!
I’m guessing that Rose rapidly aged like Eveline, just so she can join the the rest of the RE Protagonists without Capcom having to do a huge timeskip. Especially if things are getting really bad on the BOW front who knows how much of the world would have fallen apart in the 18 or so years it would take for her to be old enough to become playable. That would also give Capcom an excuse to not have to “retire” some of the older staple characters since they’d probably be getting unreasonably old to continue having to deal with this shit.

Made a Playlist and have watched all of these a few times already and I've only found your channel a week ago tops. Great content I know it might be hard to keep the work up because there isn't too many series as interesting as RE but if you can find great works to delve into I don't see why your channel shouldn't skyrocket! Just an opinion from a dumb construction worker I have no clue how any of this works.

Just binged the entire series. Great quality and attention to detail. I have been a huge resident evil fan for many years but I had missed several games and this we fulfilling for me to learn everything that I might of missed. The only issue I'd say I would have is that she didn't acknowledge the figure walking towards the car at the end of RE:village. other then that Great Work!!

Okay, I just binged this series, and how did I not know there are so many. T Virus, G Virus, T Virus Code Veronica, the Plaga, the Cadou, the Queen Leeches, Uroboros,C Virus, and the Metamycete. I know there's some overlap, and I get the storytelling reason, but holy hell!
I never even noticed that the shadows and plant visuals behind mother “Mia” as she is holding baby Rose looks like the black mold, foreshadowing she is actually Miranda.

You don't mention it but when Lady Dimitrescu has Ethen captured and drinks his blood she mentions that it tastes stale, or something like that. That was my first clue he was made of mold.
I really enjoyed Village, wish it was more frightening horror like in 7 but it was still very good. Very excited for some dlc and the continuation of this story.

I don't know if this is Capcom being lazy or foreshadowing, but the BSAA bioweapons are just pallet swaps of Chris Redfield. Could be a reused model or the BSAA used the boulder punching super soldier's DNA as a template for their bioweapons.
I hope the RE series is starting to wrap itself up, I think there will be a couple more games and it'll all be done

I just can't shake the feeling that the people who thought this up didn't want their zombie women eating people out-right because it isn't sexy enough.
Could just be overthinking it, but they're literally monsters and I can't fathom why it's necessary for the four of them to survive on blood drinking.
