- A 13-year-old girl has been charged with three counts of attempted murder after the knife attack at the Amman Valley School on Wednesday. The three people injured in the attack have all been discharged from hospital.

I’m local to this incident, and the whole county is absolutely devastated. This girl was suspended from a local school which her brother still attended. She then stabbed two teachers, and a student at her new school. Then her brother threatened to shoot everyone in the school he was still at on Facebook after this incident, Hence the second arrest of a 15 year old boy. But his gun was a BB gun. So that’s the facts for now folks
What fueled her to do it though ? Were the teachers abusive towards her perhaps in secret , There must be a valid reason for this .

I want to know about her home life, I want to know about the relationship she had with her mother, her father, her siblings, did she have friends at school, was she a bully, was she bullied, was she frequently punished or was she well behaved, - the answers to all these and other questions will I hope give us the answer as to why and how this young person became a violent knife attacker. If we understand how she became like this, we will understand what NOT to do to children in future.

The problem is in the ideology pushed upon people by those who won't feel consequences themselves of these ideologically based decisions - kids with special needs must be educated in specifically designed schools - not in standard schools.

@@championchamp6530 was she special needs? Still that is no excuse by the age of 13 kids know right from wrong, this special needs thing is abused by parents to get free benefits and the schools just want to remove problem pupils or pupils that are going to effect the schools exam league tables.
I would close all special needs schools down and have a separate classroom in mainstream school for pupils with special needs, and I would not give any benefits to parents just for having a special needs child because people in other countries survive with special needs and work it's only in the UK this nonsense goes on, no wonder the world 🌎 and his wife want to all come to the UK.

Everyone and their dog will start banging on about knife crime, but the real crime is the sad state of this countries education system and the total collapse of real policing on our streets to curb so much violence that now takes place.
The UK conservative government has been in power for around 14 years and the country and its people are sliding further down a slippery slope in my opinion. Parents must also take part responsibility for this. A 13 year old knows what’s right or wrong, no excuses but how did they get to even consider stabbing someone. Society and the drop in standards are at an all time low.

To be perfectly honest, 10 years ago I would be there with you. Shouting about the injustice that this type of view on this matter would mean. How unfair, unrealistic and prejudiced to say the least.
