Today I went to the Hollywood show in Burbank at the Marriott convention center. They had the goonies reunion, the lost boys and the terminator reunion. Lots of celebrities showed up. Sometimes it can be hard to recognize your favorite celebrities from long time ago when you see him in real life - Zábava
Loved the fact that Ms Eden did not feel the need to hide behind a mask or black curtains.
Barbara Eden looks like she loves what's she's doing. She looks great. More power to her !
Her handwriting is impressive. . . People over 80 usually have Shakey and uneven handwriting
Barbara is just Stunning 🌟
My guess is that Barbara Eden just loves doing these appearances. Also with her talking to people it just keeps her mind sharp. At 92 years old she looks really good
She looks twenty years younger, whatevers she's doing hope she keeps it up. Very cool lady
She looks like a real classy lady.
Im from NC and I saw her a few years ago at Mayberry Days. Had my picture made with her and she signed a bought picture. She's a great lady and still very beautiful!
Absolutely!
she still looks quite good. edward furlong let himself go. he grew up too fast. seeing these actors you grew up watching in their prime just drives home the message. memento mori. there's never enough life
Am I the only one who felt an inescapable sadness seeing these once shining, unreachable stars brought down to earth, nestled in together behind folding tables at a convention center, desperate for whatever money they can scratch together off of autographs and selfies, because Hollywood no longer has any use for them? Puts 'fame' and 'stardom' in a new light. I met Kerri Green on the set of Lucas in my hometown. My dad was working security and I got to give her a drawing I did of her from The Goonies. She wrote a nice note to me on the envelope that I had the drawing in and we took a picture together. I still have the note and the photo. She was having lunch in the park with Wynona Ryder. Lucas was her first picture, I think. That was 39 years ago!
At least they can still get paid and a lot of them have a great time doing it as well..win win in my opinion. Every star fades eventually
This is actually an important part of their career. They have to do publicity appearances and show goodwill to the people in the audience so that it encourages them to continue following their careers. Good things can come from it studio executives see who is hardworking and willing to be humble and classy and decent with people skills . They prove they are willing to promote themselves and their work for years to come and that is a real plus! They are all very TALENTED people! Great to see they are still in good health and wellbeing! Getting themselves out there reminds the Producers and the writers that they are available for work too. It keeps them in focus so that they will likely get roles even cameos in the current shows . The producers would consider all of them an asset as they can do promo for projects and they are crowd favorites so the talk shows will book them too so I think it is smart idea for their agents to get them doing events now and again. It might have been easier for them to charge a one time fee they all share then make it possible for people to get pictures of them as part of the price instead of people walking by and not paying. At least they still get royalties when people buy their products I went and bought another goonies dvd the other year their products still sell . Of course repurchasing more products the sales went up.Corey does alot to promote them all but when their costar got the oscar nomination and had the worldwide attention on them it also helped their sales I bet but now with the exception of Corey and and are the others still promoting it each year --then who else does it? Feldman likely keeps them all in business each year promoting things as much as he does! I think he and even Pauley outworked their costars for the amount of time effort they all do working nonstop trying so hard and yet the others got the so called glory but really all of us know that the ones who stayed working nonstop to promote them all are the ones that made sure they are not forgotten. So kudos to them.
William Shatner does a ton of these and he is filthy rich. Barbara Eden is still relatively well-off. I think they like to connect with their fans, they still need a bit of adulation . Some are clinging to a tiny bit of fame that remains. It is still a win-win for all involved.
Life is a rollercoaster...
Are you from Arlington Heights?
Corey needs to let that Michael Jackson phase go.
It's sad
He can't undo the excess facial surgery though.
@@KutWrite if he at least changed to his own style, people might take him more serious, especially since he’s trying to be a metal guy.
@@adventuresinbandoland With what he's been through, who knows how he sees himself?
He's a dick...I've met him
*Barbara Eden* always has a smile on he face & that tells me she loves engaging w/people. To live to that age & still be able to do all she is doing, that is a gift. She was always beautiful & she is still beautiful🌹
Thank you for another wonderful video GIV. You have such a kind and warm personality. I appreciate you sir. And wow, Barbara Eden looks amazing for being 92 years old! Incredible. God bless her!
BTW, Julie Newmar is also 90...and still a looker! Once a 10...always a 10...
You can see that she had surgery at some point of her life.
@@mattiasandersson2315 I know but nonetheless, she’s looking great for her age.
@@Ease54 absolutely agree!
@@intuitiveimprints Yeah absolutely 👍
Mike you are Brilliant for not paying $80 for a Selfie with Corey Feldman he is a Well Known Scammer! He could care less about the fans and just wants the Money! I Wish Corey Haim was still with us he was Awesome and didn't charge me anything for a picture and talked with me for 7 minutes. I will never forget the memories.
I really like how kind and supportive of these actors you were. We all age. Informing us of some we might not know, like Benny the Jet. Giving us an education. Enjoyed it!
your arnold impression is spot on ......👍👍👍
He's been practicing all his life.
I think it’s great to see the Stars from the past. People still love them and they still look great. Like Barbara Eden 92 wow.
I would have stood in line for Barbara Eden. Great video! You do a great impersonation of Schwarzenegger☺
Charlie's Angels was my favorite tv show .I saw Farrah Fawcett in Ontario, California when Charlie's Angels filmed at The Ontario Motor Speedway in 1978. The episode titled " Angel Come Home"
Farrah Fawcett looked very beautiful ❤
Almost 50 and I barely want to go out, so I have no idea how these old Celebs have the energy for people and stuff🤷♂
You’re a nice guy for taking a pic me at the show. Thanks again. You’re awesome!
Benny The Jet was a character in The Sandlot too.
I think Barbara does it because she really loves her fans. And I am so happy to see her so healthy at 92. Amazing.
When I landed in Cali I wanted to become a Millionaire No I didn't make it,But I Left with 6 figures, I Landed with 4 figures my 26 years in Venice Best Time of my Life Thanks Notorious G i V ✌️❤️ Big👍from Liverpool uk
Just think bro if you became a millionaire you could probably afford a one room apartment now that's probably about it from what I hear I don,t know what happened to California what the heck happened It was so great in the '60s and '70s when I was there it was a fun place all around LA Man I miss that somebody ruined it.
@@davidroberson8030 Your Spot on Mate LA/Cali is done,Best Days for sure was the 60 70 80's, it's a Shame & Brakes my Hart to see LA Now.
In California I’m considered a millionaire nothing to brag about but
I own a few Houses 🏠 in Los Angeles and a few apartments in downtown Los Angeles and I still have a good amount of money left, the trick is to know how to manage your finances 🎉😊
Man if you were a kid in the 70s like I was, Sid and his brother Marty Krofft were like Gods, all the great shows they made, Land of the Lost, Sigmund the Sea monster, HR Puffenstuff
Used to love land of the lost as a kid.
Ya they were puffin' stuff when they came up with HRP lol
Looks like fun to attend one of these events just because. I think I’d spend my time talking to the ones without a line. They probably would enjoy telling a story or two. Barbara Eden looked like she was enjoying the event.
I was also there yesterday and another solid event. The highlight for me was meeting Julie Newmar, Dinah Manoff, Randee Heller and Taimak.
This was fantastic, Mike. Thank you for taking us along in spite of being tired. Hope you got rested. Take care. GiV is the best!
Barbara Eden wow 92 she looks good. Blessed vibes
Guten Morgen, Mike!!!!
At 92 I didn't expect to recognize Barbara Eden but she looks AMAZING for her age. Thanks for another great video. You're the best.
People who were famous forty or fifty years ago now look a lot different age wise most of them were in their teens, now they are parents and grandparents and it seemed like only yesterday my how time flies thanks for the nostalgic walk down memory lane.👀😢😢
I love the variety of your content. Never boring. Thanks, GIV.
My mom used to sing that song to me but in German! 😊Fun day with you GIV. I didn't know most of those people and I grew up in US. I always thought Randolph Mantooth was handsome...boy he got old. I'm so glad that I didn't get any older. 🤣Good call on Kate Jackson. She had a reputation of thinking she was so hot, a legend in her own mind.
Hi GIV🤚 Man! I love seeing these kinds of events. Thanks Mike
I'm favoured, $27K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I invest, on which platform? If you know any please share.
Yes! I'm celebrating £32K stock portfolio today...
Started this journey with £3K.... I've invested no time and also with the right terms, now I have time for my family an…
Started with 5,000$ and Withdrew profits
89,000$
I'm glad to write her tay I do hope she will help handle my paycheck properly☺️☺️☺️
Can I start with as low as $1,000?
Wish I was there I love the Lost Boys movie n Police Academy movies. Awesome too see some of them great actors. ❤ Thank you GIV
In the mid-1960s Carolyn Jones(rest in peace) woke the 'male' in me playing Morticia Addams. Barbara Eden completely owned my adolescent mind a few years later. Even now in her nineties, she has my admiration.
GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING GIV. So cool to see Barbara Eden (JEANNIE). Cool that you saw her in Dortmund where my mother was born. Land of the Lost SLEESTAK.. WOW lol memories. Good to see some old stars still out and about. Have a great week GIV. 100 degrees here today in the Desert.
Good morning GiV, always good to see your videos.
Loved to see Barbara Eden. Thank you.
Pulling for you to get a million viewers. You have a great talent and I appreciate your work. You would also be great on the big screen. The way I see it it is far more difficult for you to succeed alone as you have. Your a self made movie star! Thanks
Lol I remember that song from my childhood.
As always you are sharing with us things I (and many others) would never see if it wasn't for you.❤
Thank you so much Mike.
"LICENSED TO DRIVE"... Classic movie 🍿🎥 staring ⭐ the"2 Coreys" ❤
Nice.. always interesting seeing these people you see your entire life. Good old Lindsay Wagner.. Looking fantastic at 74.. aging very well.
Awesome. Thank you for taking and showing us around. It brings back the old memories for sure. I learn something from you every video. Cheers, GiV
Mike GIV WOW All my childhood Stars that I grew up with.. Thank You for streaming and sharing. Stay Safe, Healthy and Happy.
I used to go to that show, back in the 90's. I just can't bear it anymore...although I met some cool people, in some ways it's almost like going to the pound, walking past the poor people that aren't selling that many autographs....ugh....
Raj from Whats Happening a Legend!
Excellent content and Kerri Green looks fantastic
She didn't look well to me based on her movements/eyes darting everywhere. On something imo
Shmooozer!!
Hahaha!!🤣🤣🤣
MOTZ! Just living the dream!
I just love Barbara Eden
Loved your good morning greeting Mike! back at you as well! Great video again...And God Bless. Umarmen für dich un mutter. 🙏🙏Oh, my guidance counselor in high school back in the early 70's told me my grades were not good enough to learn German., Well many yrs later I went there again to see a soccer game decided to go inside and I found Mrs. Miller. I told her never tell a student their grades aren't good enough to learn a language and I started speaking fluent Spanish to her. I am self taught and can read and write it too. I surprised her. My ex is latino. Is why I learned it. It's great to know other languages.
omg this is awesome, you made my day seeing these stars. My favorite has to
be Randolph Mantooth he played Firefighter paramedic Johnny Gage in a 70s
show called Emergency.
I would’ve waited in line for Johnny Whitaker. And Marla Gibbs and JJ Walker those are the people have definitely gotten their autographs
About 40 years ago,one of my teachers told me that I could never be a professional nurse, so just stop trying!… She was wrong!..I became a professional nurse and about 40 years later
I retired!…many times is better not to listen to some people !😠
.... not even if they mean well. Many don't, though. They are frustrated and jealous of youth and its unlimited opportunity.
Good for you ..Congrats
as an educator, please know that sometimes we say things like this to spur you on. reverse psychology works really well on teens. of course, some teachers are just mean-spirited.
@@arrasonlinereverse psychology didn’t work on me, it just discouraged me. bow encouragement doesn’t even help but really would have back then 😢
@@arrasonline Seems to me, whoever taught you that is either excusing bad behavior or shouldn't be teaching.
Could you explain the difference between an "educator" and a "teacher?"
There were some oddities and sadness on both sides of the tables.
Good job ! Read up on the older actors. Cat woman! Wow 😮
I met the Land Of The Lost cast and Sid Krofft a couple of weeks ago at a show in Colorado. They were super nice and I got to spend a lot of time talking to them since it was early and not crowded yet. I sprung for the raft pictures with them which was so worth it!
GW Bailey was in mash first that’s where I remember him from .
I loved him in the closer
Also in St. Elsewhere…
I really enjoyed watching this video, which showed what the actors from the S60 and S70 TV shows looked like now. You should have made the video 30 minutes long. Thanks for sharing this event.
Damn.. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS VIDEO!!!! Thanks for all you do GIV!
Thanks for another awesome video
Thanks for sharing!!!!!!! You do a great show!!!!!
What a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Great video dude, really enjoyed.
It was really nice to see all those stars, thanks you.
Thanks for sharing with us!!! 🙂
Thanks for attending this mega event. ….Tom
More great content...Thanks Mike!
7:12 I saw him in the movie _Mannequin._ The most hilarious part was played by James Spader !
I feel bad for the ones who had no fans on their line..they just sitting there
When I was a little kid and saw Terminator 2 on DVD that my parents bought at 20/20 video in West Hollywood on a visit to the USA (this was 2008, long after the movie came out) Edward Furlong seemed much older than me. He struck me as a teenager. But now as an adult (23) looking back, wow, he was basically a little kid in the movie.
So cool to see some celebrities I like. Especially the stars of 80s movies.
Proctor! Haha loved those Police Academy movies!
Thanks for everything Mike that is old time
This really brought back some memories of forgotten times . I was a little kid the last time I saw some of them.
Another fun video, Mike. Always look forward to ur videos.
Just keep doing
it Mike! You're English is great!! Your singing really made us Smile 🎶❤

Great Vlog Mike so many cool things to see and you are a mindful of great info once again. Cracks me up with your Arnold impersonation 👍👍
really great vid giv...
Thanks GIV, for taking us out to the show so we could rub elbows with stars.
Sid Croft....... Sid and Marty Kroft. Creator of a lot of shows back in the 70s. A true legend
We love everything you do!!!!
Excellent vid GiV. Good to see Lindsey Wagner in your clip. Lee Majors would have been nice too. Loved the bionic series. Barbara Eden probably does it for the fans and she probably enjoys getting out instead of sitting around at home..$$ don't hurt either. Have a nice day!
I love you, GIV. You brighten up the day.
Good video, Mike!
