First client product I have made. 18x15 and 2.5 in thick. All Maple. Thank you for watching. Thank you for those subscribed. I will continue to make things and make videos. #woodworking #cuttingboard
Great work! I have the same planer, how did/do you deal with the snipe? any fix or you just use more wood knowing snipe will be there? Look forward to seeing future videos!
Thanks! There are lots of videos out there for snipe. But you can actually see in this video I just use a bigger board under what I was planing and that helped a lot. At around the 4 min mark for this video.
BE CAREFUL using your fence and the miter gauge at the same time brother. Research it. Board is sick tho. I have something to gift you that you might like.
@@Sawdustsailor I came here to offer the same warning. You can clamp a 1-2-3 block or even just a piece of scrap wood to your fence to reference against as long as it doesn't extend past the saw blade.
Yeah. I make these really cool wooden anchors out of figured off cuts. You could hang it up in your shop. I don’t want any money, it’s just a gift. As far as learning every day. Me to and it’s so cool! I love it! Keep charging man. It only gets better!
