- Chicken thighs
- Instant Fried Chicken flour
- Chillies - 6 nos
- Bird eye chillies - 12 Nos
- Shallots - 6 Nos
- Garlic - 7 Cloves
- Shrimp paste
- Spring onion - 6 Stalks
- Tomato - 1
- Squeeze of lime

You mean the shrimp paste?? Hmm itâs kinda the back bone of the sambal though. But if itâs something youâre allergic too, you can omit it and use fried anchovies. The taste would be different but itâll add the umami it needs for the sambal. Hope this helps
