On the sticker of the gun it shows the length. This one is 1300. 1,3m is the barrel length. The spear will be 1,6m. Whatever the barrel length is, add 250mm to get the total length of the gun without the spear. We make lengths from 600mm to 1600mm in 100mm increments.
Hi, we have our own brand of Dyneema, custom made to our specifications. The weave is very tight. It comes in between 1,8mm and 1,9mm. We the same line for wishbones and shooting lines.

@@RobAllenSpearfishing By the way, your advice on getting rid of the slide ring has taken shooting to a total different level. The shaft travels much faster and more accurate. Also, less fishes tear off, since most times the shaft goes all the way through. Thanks again my brother. May God continue to give you wisdom in everything that you do.
No problem doing it, there are advantages and disadvantages with both mono nylon and Dyneema. Dyneema is much better around reef, less likely to cut off but, more expensive and not as stiff as mono, so more likely to tangle.
@@RobAllenSpearfishing Thank you so much for the guidance! Someone says Dyneema will slow down the shaft quite a bit compared to the mono. Would this be true? Great thanks!

What brand and size dyneema would you recommend for my shooting line and what would you recommend for wishbone, especially when the shaft has groves ?

Have you tried a re-threaded figure 8 knot?
Yes, check it out here czcams.com/video/Pbxq0SJSav8/video.html
Is there any disadvantages of using dyneema?
Dyneema is more expensive and a little softer than mono so you have to be careful how you handle it in the water.
Does it really not make a difference? I can see the line wrapping around the reelbracket..
The molded bracket has a bevel so nothing can hook up, small "ramp". It obviously will if you have a reel.
What is the name of this knot?
Knottella
Shall we replace mono with dyneema as a shooting line? Kindly ask for expertise!❤

@@ruitian8724 Not the tight weave we sell. If it is soft, the line absorbs water that the spear has to drag along with it.
Why so short
Sorry, what is so short?
