I see the ketupat food....the banjarmasin people called the "buras" with a nut sauce...and these see a those drink like a coconut...i prefer a bake coconut (kelapa panggang)...so for coconut first put the coconut into a coal and wait for moment and open the above coconut with a blade and have a nice drink (disclaimer for you : kalo minum kelapa itu boleh asalkan jangan ada minum obat seperti obat resep dokter ataupun obat lainnya karna kata ayah saya itu kalo anda ada minum obat sakit kepala nih misalnya dengan dosis tinggi...jangan minum air kelapa karna berbahaya sih bagi tubuh jika masih ada terkontaminasi oleh si zat obat tersebut, kecuali zat obatnya tidak ada alias masih clear from out of drugs, its okay)
