This one I have liked.... I remember him talking about going to a government office as a consultant with World band, and he was asked to serve tea, which he did. The assumption was that he was an employee in the government office, until the other consultants walked in and he joined them....... I love it that he took it all in stride. Awesome conversation. Maybe Dr. Wachira needs to read a book called "The New Confessions of an Economic Hitman." We still have interference from outside up to the level where our best dreams are blocked by others. You could do everything that is possible in the area agri-apps but still discover that you aren't "allowed" to cross some lines in the world of commercial agriculture. Truth is, we have too many International cartels and brokers in every sector of our national economy.
