Thank you so much for watching
All lives matters. Hatred is a condition of heart that affect everyone.
Love, discrimination, stereotyping etc are symptoms of our hearts condition. God has given us conscious to choose right and wrong. Jesus clearly said, the two greatest commandment are to love God with all our heart soul and mind and to love our neighbours as ourselves.
If there is such thing as white privilege, there's also black privilege.
SIN is the problem in our society. Jesus Christ is the remedy. Rise and go to Jesus and you shall be healed. #Jesussaves
🤔❤
Am biracial and am in an interracial relationship just mind your business Cz people will always hate
LOVE is pure and true.
I love this lady! She is soo down to earth and honest! Hgm! I wish her and her husband all de blessings that God wants to bestow on people that represent His love like David and Cecilia!!❤❤
If there's one thing that Lynn is extremely gifted at, it's interviewing. She lets the guest give their story without interrupting and asks leading questions that flow like a river down a mountain!
Thank you🙏🙏
You people keep giving this comment but it's time she was also told the truth...I love that she's humble however.. interviewing people require specific skills, probing questions, leading questions and of course interjecting where necessary but I agree that allowing people to talk is a good quality to have but it's overused in her interviews, It almost seems like these people talking to themselves. She need to start asking Intelligent questions related to the topic. This one she has a lot of improvement to so.
@@latoyasmith8237 well, clearly, her style works which is why she has so many followers and views. Your points may be valid, but we like her for her style, not what you want!
@@latoyasmith8237 we are veery okay with how she doe's it, very much okay, it works for her and us
@@latoyasmith8237 What you are mentioning is what a political interviewer needs because of the topics being discussed and the nature of the people (*sic* liars) being interviewed who need to be caught with their words.
Lynn interviews personal stories so your style won't work where guests are bearing their hearts open..
Her style is perfect for the shows she does. I'd like to see you try interviewing a rape survivor with you style and see if you will get anywhere...
My take home lesson here is: raise kids with values, respect, love and all positive attributes and they will never part away from them. Also, let our adult kids choose what is best from them. I am coming into terms that my kids will marry whoever they love and meet and I will embrace it and love them.
I really love it when Cecilia said about not faking yourself but being real in every situation both in public and also to yourself.
Dont worry Cecile, there is a saying in my language that says :- what pleases the donkeys is not what pleases the horse! Keep loving your husband and dont look behind ,forward ever backward not! May God keep loving both of you.
It is so nice to see a good marriage built on a strong foundation for a change on this show. What an amazing couple, they are very well suited. Ladies, this is what marriage should be.
She has a gentle spirit which makes them compatible. I like what she says, you don't have to change your outward appearance after you marry, being you is important.
This woman is sooooo real such a wonderful, polite, humble, sweet human being, who wouldn't want a wife, friend n daughter like her, May God bless her marriage n her husband they will be fine in Jesus Name!!!! N mixed cultures are BEAUTIFUL!!!! 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
The bible says you don't marry to have kids but to be happy, kids will come later as a blessings
Which verse is that
I would love to meet Lynn one day. Her voice/smile is a killer. Her way of questioning is fantastic. Keep it up girl
Asking for her hand in marriage through his father while holding a hammer....am imagining the scenery...He gave a yes from area of his passion 👌🔥 GOD bless your union Cecilia 🙏
She is beautiful and so calm, she has no Attitudes, thank you Lynn
A very beautiful interview, Love is love. You can see how much she loves her husband every time she talks about him and the smile on her face. Well done Lynn.
Thanks Lynn for an eye-opening interview with Cecilia. So unfortunate there is the negative experience from being in a mixed-race marriage. Don't let the outside world kill your joy and happiness. There's lots of unhappy people in the world and you can't change who they are. It's either open or hidden in society and families. A tough journey for couples but Cecilia and David's love will withstand these tests. Often there are challenges for couples even with the shade (degree) of blackness as in brown and black. I have met interracial couples who were subjected to ill-timed, unwarranted comments, negativity, etc. and the wife who is white wanted to escape to other countries, living in cities where no one cared who was married to whom. The husband wasn't even consider leaving
Oops! I turned and the other post got sent too early. To continue, the interracial couple I know who had bad experiences early in their marriage raised 2 well rounded, smart and giving kids and they continue to positively impact lives here and elsewhere. Actually based on the couple's early experiences and research, there were just a couple places in the world that they could relocate to where interracial marriages weren't an issue. They just blocked out negativity - stayed put, lived their lives happily to this day. And that was the early 90s. The world is changing as we see lots of mixed race couples meeting online and getting married, moving to different places. Both David & Cecilia parents have accepted them and that is what's important as they have close knit families on both sides. In some societies persons are fixed in their views especially if they see their own as "successful". I have elderly relatives who lived overseas in the war years (1940s), fell in love with other races and their real life experiences overseas were horrific. Cecilia and David are a lovely couple doing invaluable work helping others. They should just let their lights continue to shine, love each other and grow. I am not walking a mile in their shoes but I have seen enough to feel 'this too will pass'. It's a global village now more than ever and we see couples falling in love, getting married, relocating irrespective of race. It may be stressful but what is important is that Cecilia and David have each other for keeps. David isn't confrontational and that's a blessing! Lynn, your interviews causes various emotions. Thanks. You and your team continue to bring these stories to the world. Awareness helps immensely. All the best.
😅😅😅 she met both David
She's so adorable....the world continue to judge people according to the colour of their skin but knowing who you are and what you want to become help overcome such challenges
❤
Cecilie is a person of substance. There are very few people like her. In an answering a question whether she had asked Davvid about his turban - she says: "....So, I asked him little by little, and he told me about the church and that’s all I needed to know. And beyond that I just saw David, it did not make or break me being interested and loving him for who he he is. He is not going to ask me to change how I dress, or the colour of my hair, or my culture. So, I am not going to ask him to change who he is". Very profound. Most people in relationships try to change their partners into becoming something they are not. There is generally misery and unhappiness in such situations.
Very true, I agree with you. The mutual respect of what one values as you enter marriage matters a lot, forcing the other partner to change their "outward" appearance or conform breaks a marriage very quickly. She has a gentle spirit, & she is not trying to compete with her husband, she loves him dearly based on her speech about him, you can tell.she appears to have adjusted well.
Well said. Everyone should be free and feel free to be themselves.
You nailed this one for me thank you!
True
@@divadiva684 some don't understand that marriage is a partnership, not taking over another persons life. We all had a life before we met one another. Love should not be forced because someone thinks that you should marry this person or that person, that is a receipt for disaster. God should always be in the mist of your relationship and everything will work smoothly, don't get me wrong there will be disagreements, which will make the relationship stronger.
As a Jamaican, i am so pleased to hear how positive you are..Thanks for all those parents who trained up their children in the way they should grow. Love and respect are two powerful words. You are an example.
Jamaica 🇯🇲. True words.
You are so right as a Jamaican myself I feel the same way you feeling about them
Hi Joy I am in total agreement. What a beautiful couple. Love how they embrace and blend cultures.
He's trained, intelligent and handsome, what's about him that makes detractors think he's a driver? Complete delusional pieces of fools!!
Because he wrote his own story, not the common stereotype, they can't handle excellence
She is full of it, African men chose better. She promoting her self and her family. She do not want children . She enjoying being the white queen of the black man. Why would his own Kenyan people think he is a driver? Just my opinion.
@@lizfair5157 Your comments sound as if you know her personally, do you ? Does she know how you feel?
One time travelling back to the country where my husband was from, a guy at the counter where they stamp your passport asked me questions of my purpose of travel, I told him am married there, and am a resident in that country of which he could clearly see from my papers!!he sternly asked me,married by who?I looked at him and said "by a man "I don't know what he murmured under his breath, as he stamped my passport and left because I knew what it was all about. Let's be kind to one another.
hahah married by a man.Good answer
Good answer
😂😂😂
Sounds like those who also ask "how did you get your residence" I asked one lady, are they now being sold in supermarkets?
Good... you give him a good stopper
Really humbled to see this lady talk and real stuff affecting our communities both is US and Kenya. Thank you so much
It’s instructive the lady with a pure heart is learning about white privilege every day. It hurts her to see the racism and discrimination her husband lives with daily. But she can only live her life as well as she can, in spite of the difficulties. She’s doing well.
I really enjoyed the show.Cecilia is a gem ,I like the way she is optimistic despite the challenges she faces in her marriage with David May God continue to bless your union if God is for you there is nothing or no one can be against you.
One of my best interviews that you have hosted...I love the way they have embraced their diverse cultures and love their firm foundation of family and marriage....they have taken time to first know each other before kids which is profound...I love what David & Cecilia have created
As always Lynn, wonderful interview, thank you Cecilia for sharing your thoughts and knowledge of how we as the human race should learn to love and live and being accommodating to each other.
May God continue to bless your union and with his love and mercy and give you both strength to do his will, in community work and giving back to the less fortunate.
Good day Lyn, I must commend you on your superb interview. I would watch these interviews over and over. May you find the drive every day to go on. Love from Cynthia in Jamaica
She's such a caring wife...
Wonderful interview beautiful Lynn...as usual 👏👏👏👏👏, Cecilia looks gorgeous and is definitely a cool chic. I wish Lynn you had included more of Cecilia's photography work.
Beautiful interview ever, Lynn 😘. I woke up at 4:40 and said I'll play one gospel song going on in my mind, then your video poppod up. I watched the full interview. It is now 5:44 and I think my day is going to be good. ❤️ to you and your team Lynn and much ❤️ and respect to David and Cecilia, they have beautiful hearts. I am humbled.
Stop crying baby gal.You are very beautiful, caring and loving.
She is beautiful and not forgetting our own lyn is always on point
What a lady! Woman of God serving God's people. Its unselfish love and very very few people are willing to genuinely think of others.
Cecilia is beautiful inside out and i totally agree with her that taking time living together before children come in the picture is of great importance coz they'll know better about who each other is. May haters stay away and allow those that God has brought together make it in life without interference. I'm very sure God doesn't make mistakes so Cecilia and Wachira are no mistakes may God bless their union. Lynn thank you for well conducted interview where you covered a lot of ground I love you so much for what you do God bless you ❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🤭🤭🤭🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏
Awwwh 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you Lynn for bringing Cecilia on the show. 🌹 🌹 🌹 For you
Be truthful to yourself,be kind to one another, love others as you love yourself! Parents guiding wow
Atleast today I'm top 20 wooow I really like the passion of this lady
David and Cecilia are blessed they deserve each other. Beautiful souls! May God bless them with a happy healthy life.
I like the way Cecelia has put it...Yes God is not partial,we all came from Adam and Eve.Our first parents.
Love has no color. Love is not prejudice. Love is not racist . Love is within the heart. That’s where it dwells. You are a very positive person. All the best to you and David.
Such a wonderful love story Lyn. "Love is Love" Sending this couple a Loving 💜 Light🧨 It's so beautiful to feel the love of Cecelia and her husband just pouring into the universe to raise the vibration of the universe💜💜
Beautiful, love the way she has combined the pritt and kitenge
They are two amazing people! I am so happy that they found each other so they could partner up to change this world for a better place 💕
kabebitube ... she seems to be a really lovely and genuine woman .
But I wish more people knew about how bad the World Bank really is .
Cecilia, you are family and Kenya is home! Worry not what others say. As long as David and you are all happy together, the universe is happy for you. Karibu Nyumbani.
Cecilia is a beautiful Soul. Simply love her.
I love the humility, boundaries set.The fact that faith and trust plays a role right from the onset.Down to earth, family oriented.African values that are highly regarded and appreciated in family set up. May their union be one filled with love, patience, understanding and endurance. They are cute and meant for each other.
Unequally yoked...
@@Bantuqueen01 Mary Johnson she seems to be a lovely woman but obviously is very naive about what the World Bank really is ... there's no way she would have been so proud of her husband when she first met him if she knew what the World Bank really is about .
More and more people are catching on and listening to what third world countries are saying about the World Bank and the IMF
@@gardensofthegods I didnt listen to the whole video..so i had to go back and listen because im trying to figure what the heck are you talking about? World bank , IMF? I dont recall her mentioning this..please enlighten me.
It's beautiful to have a marriage with a Godly foundation. It'll surely stand The test of time
Have watched the whole interview,,I love her personality and her husband too,,may they keep doing what they do and give the best in it,,the fact that whatever they do their foundation is God then they gonna be succeed in all aspects,,sharing love to them ❤️❤️,,and thanks for bringing such an amazing couple,,be blessed too
Love is Colorless and blind because it’s just love. I can’t understand why people get stack up in prejudice. Cecilia and David, I wish you love and happiness forever. Be the salt to the world, and let your light shine for the world to see. Blessings.

Cecelia is so beautiful with such a genuine heart. God bless you for sharing your story.
What a mess humanity has created with xenophobia. Our core is the from the Creative Energy of the universe which is Love. Congratulations to you Cecelia and David. Just totally quit having expectations of people, and never try to fix broken humanity. Such an honest, lovely personality that came thru this interview. Blessings!🙏🏽🤗
Karis ... so true but also what a mess the World Bank has created and more and more people are catching on , listening to what third world countries are telling them about what the World Bank and IMF really are about ... maybe her husband no longer works for that organization
I understand how it feels my daughter gets same issues when she goes somewhere with her hubby
I have a feeling this will open a lot of doors for Lynn. I pray it does.
🙏🏿
This is so sweet, tears come to my eyes.wishing u both all the blessings the LORD have in store for u both 💗
Love conquers everything.Cecilia ha s a beautiful personality and heart.God bless their union.
As a Kenyan in diaspora married to another race i can totally understand this story. I just wish i could be able to handle situations like David does. If u havent seen his videos, you tube David Wachira. My favorite is his mistaken identity as a waiter by kenyan govt officials. He handled it beautifully and very intelligently. He is my idle from now on
David is the most beautiful man inside & out. He makes the world a better place!
Cecilia you have the inner beauty. Your soul is lovely. Keep up
Am just loving this, this is the beauty of love.
True love ❤️ has no racial boundary, when it strikes it's irresistible, congrats 🎈🎈 to the couple, may the lord bless them.
Thanks 👍 Lynn for that interview,it's very encouraging
She's a beautiful personality, thankyou lynn for bringing her on the show❤️
Lynn, the show with Dr. David Wachirah has greatly inspired me mostly on Perspective and Humility. That's quite amazing! Although am not a frequent commentator, av decided to do so now because am greatly challenged and inspired to be better than am now. God bless you
Both of you love each other that's all that matters! Let those cold people suffer in their foolishness!
Such a beautiful warm story. This is the way the Lord intends man to live. Love someone because of who he or she is. A person's heart is the essence of who they are. Congrats to this wonderful couple.
Hey our beautiful girl Ngugi your really amazing you never stop surprising us with this wonderful people wiz inspirational stories.God bless you Lynn love 😘

What about me who was mistaken for a grave digger? My wife needs to get an appointment on Tuko too.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry but it is so funny I laughed and tears gave way. People are very ignorant. Just ignore the ignorants.
Cecilia, u r amazing! Ur love for humanity and especially for ur huaband is amazing. May God increase ur faith and strengthen ur purity of love for humanity. That reflection of Godliness from both u and ur husband will go a long way and will pave a way for a beautiful future that you people are demonstrating!!
Thank u Lynn! God bless ur work and ur heart !! Frm Lesotho, in Southern Africa!!
Great video💙Cecilia is so kind and genuine.. it is important to get to learn about someone inside out rather than judge by looking. God bless !💕
She’s beautiful 😍🥰❤️
I love her she is so humble
LN, I'll compare you with Oprah Winfrey. Your light is shining all through.
She is sweet genuine and loving. I love Cecilia very much. She is a gem. I
wish them success in all they do.
When they have children things will change for the better when they are in public. The children will look mix and people will recognized that she and David are married. Try and surround yourselves with other mixed couples too. David handles it well. I've seen his interview. We can't change people's hearts but we can only show up as our best selves every day and be a good example for others to emulate.
Beautiful love story.... Admiration & love for this wonderful couple, from India ❣️✨👍

Her outfit alone speaks alot....keep going gal kenya needs you more than Amerika! karibu nyumbani and feel at home
Thanks Lynn for a good work.
Thanks Lynn for hosting our beautiful soul Cecilia,I can admit that she is beautiful inside out,I just Love her. They have strong and firm Godly foundations, they shall surely make it.God is surely on their side.I just feel bad too for this devilish discrimination of people based on colour, texture, culture and those negative things that comes with this born eating monster of discrimination, May God really have mercy on us,it's just xo xo very sickening.
Lyn Is really doing a good job
This lady is such a vibe
Cecilia have a heart of gold! May God bless you and bless your marriage!
Such a humble swt soul❤may God bless your marriage and may he expond your territories financially for giving back to the community. Racism is real mann I wish all white colored people had a mindset and sense of humor like Cecilia the world would be a better place surely.

Beautiful story, especially how they are embracing their differences in the faith's. All the best for them💖💖💖
Wow such a beautiful down to earth woman
I'm stuck at 'kûhànatíà' with Cecilia's accent😂; good start!
Incredible conversation.
cecilia karibu kenya, lovely story may God bless your marriage,
A Norwegian, am also watching you here in Norway
You're such a lovely couple
Especially this beautiful woman with a large heart, she loves her hubby unconditionally, I want to advice they both go on outings with a uniformed attire that proves they're a couple and that prevents David been treated as Ceceilia described in form of tie, scarf, belt, hair band of material that matches, things like that.Appreciate the fact that she's proud of been married to an African. God bless your 💞 🙏
She is cute with a beautiful soul
Cecelia is such a beautiful soul, her words are soothing,David really God a good thing….
Mrs C.Wachira thank you for telling and demonstrating that love is colourful among human beign .
