hello sir i have a doubt.agar expenses cosignee pay karta hai toh pehle case mein toh woh expenses kaa kharcha baad mein consignor ko dena padega yaa nahi
Jo bhi kharche hai consignment se related vo consignor ko he uthane padenge
But agar consignee pay kardeta hai toh consignor k paas se vo lelega .
Toh ultimately vo expense ka burden consignor pe he aagaya hai

Sir one question. In the start you explained that the money will be coming directly to the principal and the expenses and commission will be paid by the principal. While preparing the consignee account in concept building question you said that money will be credited to consignee bank account, why? Will not money be directly credited to the Consignor bank account and then consignee will be claiming the reimbursement of the expenses. Bit confused with this. Rest really enjoying the session as it is explained in very simple manner.
Suppose I'm principal and you are my agent
I sent you goods
Now you have goods
You are selling them
Then who is getting cash directly from customer?
You are getting money isn't it ?
Now either you can send me all the money and then I will send your share to you
Or
is it better that you deduct your share ,( i.e., expenses incurred by you and your commission )take that amount and keep it with you
And give the remaining amount of the money to me .
That is the whole concept behind it
I hope this is clear.
