Gospel
Mk 3:20-35
Jesus came home with his disciples.
Again the crowd gathered,
making it impossible for them even to eat.
When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him,
for they said, "He is out of his mind."
The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said,
"He is possessed by Beelzebul,"
and "By the prince of demons he drives out demons."
Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables,
"How can Satan drive out Satan?
If a kingdom is divided against itself,
that kingdom cannot stand.
And if a house is divided against itself,
that house will not be able to stand.
And if Satan has risen up against himself
and is divided, he cannot stand;
that is the end of him.
But no one can enter a strong man's house to plunder his property
unless he first ties up the strong man.
Then he can plunder the house.
Amen, I say to you,
all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be
forgiven them.
But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit
will never have forgiveness,
but is guilty of an everlasting sin."
For they had said, "He has an unclean spirit."
His mother and his brothers arrived.
Standing outside they sent word to him and called him.
A crowd seated around him told him,
"Your mother and your brothers and your sisters
are outside asking for you."
But he said to them in reply,
"Who are my mother and my brothers?"
And looking around at those seated in the circle he said,
"Here are my mother and my brothers.
For whoever does the will of God
is my brother and sister and mother."

There are no errors in The Divine Mercy. Asking questions about Catholic Doctrine is fine, but slandering God is a grievous sin.
Not true-we believe & KNOW Jesus is loving, forgiving & merciful! We have a problem with Sr. Faustina because the Church has a problem with her & her egocentric‘revelations’.
@@debbieramsey8933 God gave all His authority, power, Doctrine, Sacraments and Teachings of His One Only True Apostolic Catholic Church to His apostle, He named Cephas (large Rock in Aramaic, translates as Peter). His Church has always taught throughout the ages, there’s been private revelations some of which have been recognized by the authority of the Church. St Faustina Divine Mercy Revelations from God are recognized by Gods Church.
They do not belong, however, to the deposit of faith. It is not their role to improve or complete Christ's definitive Revelation, but to help live more fully by it in a certain period of history. Guided by the magisterium of the Church, the sensus fidelium knows how to discern and welcome in these revelations whatever constitutes an authentic call of Christ or his saints to the Church.
This has zero to do with St Faustinas ego. She was chosen by God to reveal His request for His Church. St Faustina is a very holy Saint, as she dedicated her life to God as a nun. You know, asking questions about anything to do with Gods Church is encouraged, but slandering is a grievous sin.
@@debbieramsey8933 Use caution when you doubt a canonized Saint. The church proclaims such souls to be true and you ultimately call the church a liar. A sin against the Holy Spirit

😊 Sometimes, I feel I live in terror of committing the unforgiveable sin! I start to pray to God to please forgive me if I have, but then I think, hang on, if...😊 So instead I pray along the lines of: Dear God, Lord Jesus, please don't let us ever sin against the Holy Spirit.🛐
Home from Mass, I was still baffled about exactly what it could be. Surely not just as it literally reads in Scripture! Or the two examples I heard at Mass (which, as it happens you also mentioned😮😊: denying the truth and despairing of salvation. Just yesterday, I was in tears feeling it's just too hard to keep trying to be good!!!!😢😊 But then it soon came to me, something my youngest said to me once from a book of the saints, it's not us doing the hard work of changing, it's God in us if we let Him!)

That is very kind of you, Agnes. I know a lot of people who get upset by this reading. We have to see the perspective in which Jesus spoke that. Finally, the only unforgivable sin is willfully rejecting God's mercy and truth. The fact that you do not want to commit it already shows that you are free from this. Let's pray for each other.
