Bro പറഞ്ഞ compressor ഉപയോഗിച്ചാലും ഒരു air tank ആവശ്യം വരും. ഇത് ഒരു experimental video ആണ്. High finishing വേണ്ട work ഒന്നും ഈ setup വച്ചു ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ല. അതു മാത്രമല്ല ഒരു automotive paint job നന്നാകണമെങ്കിൽ നല്ല equipment വേണം എന്നതുപോലെ തന്നെ experience ഉള്ള painter um വേണം.

We can make a silent running good air compressor with fridge compressor ,however have to use a air cylinder and other accessories required for a normal compressor ,all that cost would be more than the ready made compressor which is available in the market ,the sole advantage of fridge compressor is runs noiseless and easy to maintain ,however thanks for sharing the information

Wall painting കുഴപ്പമില്ല. Automotive painting quality ഉണ്ടാകില്ല എന്നാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവർ പറയുന്നത്. ഞാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് correct അറിയില്ല. അതിൽ തന്നെ quality കൂടിയ machines ഉണ്ട്. ഏതായാലും compressor and spray gun inte quality കിട്ടില്ല.

Compressor direct ആയി spray gun il കൊടുക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. അങ്ങനെ കൊടുത്താൽ spray ചെയ്യാനുള്ള cfm കിട്ടില്ല. അതുപോലെ direct കൊടുത്താൽ spray gun trigger press ചെയ്യാത്ത സമയത്ത് hose il high pressure build ആകും. അങ്ങനെ hose പൊട്ടിത്തെറിക്കാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ spray gun complaint ആയേക്കാം. Compressor inum spray gun inum ഇടയ്ക്ക് ഒരു air tank കൊടുത്താൽ ഇത് പരിഹരിക്കാം. Air tank ആയി ഏത് container വേണമെങ്കിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. അതിനു pressure wistand ചെയ്യാനുള്ള capacity ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. അതു പോലെ airtight ആയിരിക്കണം.

Car washer വെള്ളം മാത്രമേ pump ചെയ്യൂ. അതിൽ നിന്നും air കിട്ടില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് spray painting ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല. Paint ചെയ്യാൻ air compressor തന്നെ വേണം.

Filter ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ oil content ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ പറ്റിയേക്കും. Compressor il നിന്നും വരുന്ന oil ശരിക്കും coolent വഴി recirculate ചെയ്തു compressor inte inlet il തിരിച്ചു എത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. അങ്ങനെ compressor il എപ്പോഴും ഒരു particular oil level maintain ചെയ്യണം. ഓയിൽ പുറത്തേക്ക് മാത്രം പൊയ്ക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നാൽ ഇത് നടക്കില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് oil level maintain ചെയ്യാൻ വേറെ oil ഒഴിച്ചുകൊടുക്കണം. Oil ഇല്ലാതെ compressor work ചെയ്താൽ complaint ആകും.

Inlet, outlet ഒക്കെ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും. അതിനുള്ള connectors, അതുപോലെ pressure switch, pressure gauge etc.. ഇതിനൊക്കെയുള്ള modifications ടാങ്കിൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും. ഓയിൽ content and water vapour filter ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും

ഇതിന് oil ഫിൽറ്റർ എവിടെ വെയ്ക്കാം..? എയർ കട്ട്‌ ഓഫ്‌ സ്വിച്ച് വയ്ക്കാവുന്ന സ്ഥലം കൂടെ.... പറഞ്ഞാൽ നല്ലതായിരുന്നു

Oil filter compressor output അല്ലെങ്കിൽ tank output ഇവിടെ വയ്യ്ക്കാം. Pressure switch ടാങ്കിൽ വയ്യ്ക്കണം.
