Shadow of the Tomb Raider Challenge: Raise the Flags (Mission of San Juan) - 5 Flag Pulleys Cut
Completing all challenges in SOTTR is required for 100% game completion and to unlock the trophy / achievement "Completionist".
There are 15 challenges needed for 100% completion. They are all based on finding or destroying a certain amount of collectibles. On the map you can see how many challenges there are per area and under Side Missions you can track the Challenge Progress.
None of them are missable, you can still go back everywhere after beating the game. Unlike normal collectibles the challenges aren't marked on the map.

God damn them.. I spend over an hr searching the village for the 5th blasted flag only to find out that it's completely outside the village (your #1). Sometimes this game royally pisses me off. Thanks for the video though!

Yes, they should have added more features like a Mini map, it would have been a great help.
It still is one of my favourites games though.
