- In the latest episode of The Airgun Show, Mark Ripley takes the Brocock sniper out for a mixed bag around the farm, starting off with a few feral pigeons that are plaguing the barns and cattle sheds, followed by some squirrel hunting action.
Mark is then back out after dark in a bid to thin out the rabbit population using the HikMicro Cheetah night vision add on, resulting in some long range rabbits.

Love that shooting position in the tank!
That was absolutely fantastic shooting ... ive just realized how crap I am ... Excellent stuff
Brilliant mark,,, cracking shots👏👏😊👌🇬🇧❤️
Excellent shooting Mark just shows a good FAC Airgun is a very handy tool. Good stuff
Top job Mark, clean kills like it shoud be.
Nicely done Mark. Great video as usual.
Nice seeing you grab a couple of greys, a man after my own heart.👍
Another great video Mark, well done.
Geoff.
Great video and some great shots on the rabbits. . Not sure about brocock tho as had nothing but trouble with the guns and the customer service just simply ignore the emails.
Nice to see you putting that Brocock to very good use.
Really good video !!! Nothing beats squirrels ! Impressive accuracy at the 80 yard mark too!
I’m dying to get after some rabbits one day, but got to get in close with my sub 12’s.
But I’ll be applying for a FAC when I’m 18!!
Very few things in life are as satisfying as dropping a squirrel from a tree with an air rifle. If I could only keep one rifle it would be the air rifle every time
Even more with a Springer
shooting from an old water tower had to be fun!
@rips260 I love that water tower, I want one!
EPIC
Great shooting. Be careful of the asbestos roofing
The fac 25cal is amazing , way more affective the fac 22cal , hits harder and kills better , I've had 22cal and I now shooting. 25 theoben rapid at 40ftlbs is no comparison!!!
I've an impact, 25,pushing 50😁👌just a beast
@Stephen Brown nice mate , in my opinion the .25 is very underrated even in sub 12 it's got way better killing power then 177cal or 22cal , and people say .25cal sub 12 is crap ! And drops in crazy , I lover figuring out the drop that's airgun shooting that's what it's all about no matter what power you run you got to know your rifle!!
Hi--Please give more information on the rabbit shots by giving us details of ft lb and pellet choice
Good shooting Mark, is your rifle the sniper or the sniper magnum. Just got my variation back and cannot decide between the two . Cheers and great watching as usual.👍
It’s the sniper XR 👍
Need magpie shots as it nearly nesting times them birds are brutal 🙀
Mark what type of scope do you use FFP OR SFP. Cracking videos keep it up 👍
that 3rd rabbit shot seems to arc from left to right if you watch. did you give that shot windage. nice shooting
Yes I did, as you say you can see the wind drift the pellet into the target 👍
@@260rips it was a good shot.ty for reply
Great shooting mark , would that nv do for fox shooting pl ?
Yes, it works pretty well, I’ve used it on a 243 out to around 150 yards 👍
@@260rips thanks mate
Nice gun can I have One like that
Has anyone ever eaten a squirrel?
Yeah buddy Its one of my favourite game meat there is a video on my CZcams channel @A.m.bushcraft_n_hunting
@@Ambushcraftnhunting
Nice one, I’ll check it out. 👍🏻
If this is the airgun show then why dont you use a 12ft/lb rifle like the majority of UK users will have less than 5% of airguns sold in the UK are fac.
Am lost as to where you get your statistics mate.... Theres a hell of a lot of fac air rifles about🤔🇬🇧
Most of the air rifles shown are available in sub 12ftlb also. As it happens the next one I’m reviewing is the sub 12ftlb Brocock ranger 😉
Another repeat.
Yeah it goes live on the shooting show Monday and then the airgun show Wednesday pal for both Disciplines to watch live round and airguns
Yes all depends on what they have been feeding on . If they feed on chestnut , hazel, beech nuts then taste between lamb and duck , specially around autumn time
