I have a Zetor 3340 1998 we had to replace the hi-lo gear lever to do that we took off the gear box cover but now i cant get the pto and the hi-lo gear to move once it all tightened down do you know what might cause that??
Hi, I don't know, sorry. I did have a problem once with the 7245 when the top cover on the gearbox. became loose and selector forks jumped "out" and I had reverse and a forward gear engaged at the same time! Luckily everything realigned nice and easy and after tightening the cover down everything has been fine since. In your case was the fork broken or worn? I'm wondering if broken it might have damaged something or if worn, everything else has worn too and with a new part it now won't align right ? Good luck. Hope you get it sorted quickly.
