How to work with Open Tickets in Loyverse POS

  • ‘Open tickets’ allow you to create, edit, and save an order, before completing a sale. This feature is usually used in cafes and restaurants, where the order and payment may be separate over an extended period of time.
    ‘Open tickets’ helps you to work with few orders simultaneously, edit, and close them during payment

    Hi Guys, quick suggestion, the "swipe to the side" gesture in order to delete an item is not very intuitive or in this case not consistent with the way your UI works, if you could add a "hold" gesture or "delete item" option when you click the menu on the open ticket, that would be more consistent with you UI.

    Can we change the price in the ticket after i save it?

      Hello! Once you save Open Ticket you can edit, delete, add items from the ticket if you have a certain rights. You can change price only if you delete your Item from the ticket after then you can change price in the Item card or simply apply discount to it.       You cannot delete the paid receipt. But you can cancel it and it will not be calculated in reports. Read more help.loyverse.com/help/how-cancel-receipts
