Hello! Please check the requirements for the devices
For the Loyverse KDS for iPad is iOS 8.2 or higher.
For Android is 4.3 or higher. A minimal requirement is 7” display and the 600 dp for the smallest side of the tablet.
KDS uses about 1-2 KB of memory per receipt. From time to time, you can clean the receipt archive on KDS to free space.
For a better visibility, it is recommended to use at least a 10” tablet. The tablet should be positioned in landscape mode.

Hi..im using kds..it only show 4 ticket max ..does any way to make it more then 4 ticket at one time?
Hello! Unfortunatly there is no way to make a visible more than 4 ticket at a time in the visible part of the KDS display to see the rest of them you need to horizontal scroll to the left.
This add has insidiously taken over my display and I have not subscribed to it. It plays every time my Google doorbell rings and there is no way to remove it, this is very annoying.
