The unexpected results of starting my dog with teeth-cleaning when she was a puppy was that 3 teeth fell out the first time I did it ... it was a bit like a horror movie for me, tbh, but she was fine about it! To make the best of a bad situation, I put the teeth to one side on the nearby windowsill, intending to keep them as puppyhood mementoes ... and then I turned around and next thing I knew she'd eaten them - LOL! She turned out great with the teeth-cleaning - later accepting an electric toothbrush (heaps quicker and more thorough) - and never once needed veterinary treatment for them in all her 15 1/4 years.
wow
@bozanggas We professional types like to do something called washing our hands. Doctors, vets, kitchen workers--we all do it so that we can use our hands. You should try it some time.
Anyone know what kind of dog he is? Just got my first dog at the shelter (they labeled him a poodle mix...) and he looks just like him!
Miniature schnauzer
@bozanggas yeah...what would the vet know.
how about clean glove?not only for the dogs. so you can also protect yourself from any contamination..
@Teddycam01
At any pet store
I understand they do wash their hands like everyone does but she should have worn gloves as a precaution.
Are you talking about the vet in this video? She is wearing a finger cot, if you look around the 2:20-2:25 you can see it more easily.
Coconut oil in there mouth... er
