The only glitch I noticed was the vaccination record which showed vaccines beginning at 7 weeks, which I consider too young for vaccinations. Maternal immunity at this age would most likely prevent vaccination from being effective so prefer to wait until the puppy or kitten is older. I begin at 9-10 weeks simply because I do not want a puppy to go home with no vaccination, even though waiting til after 12 weeks is more effective.
